    In March 2024 I had a crown placed at docs dental. In February of 2025 my crown came off. I went to Docs dental and saw a male dentist there to put the crown back on. He informed me that the crown was put on incorrectly and that there would need to be additional steps taken, but that that day was his last day so I would have to meet with the incoming dentist. He said there wouldn't be any additional charges as i was charged everything when I initially had my crown placed. He said the other option would be tooth extraction and i would be refunded for what I paid out of pocket. The office staff later informed me that I would have to pay out of pocket an additional 600 plus dollars to correct the dentist errors. The office manager informed me that he called my insurance and my insurance said whaqt needed to be done werent covered. However, I called my insurance to verify and they had no documentation of him calling to verify any benefits. I met with the new dentist at Docs Dental and was told that she couldn't do anything and the tooth needed to be removed. I proceeded with removal and went to the place Docs Dental referred me to. I have been actively requesting my refund. I've been rerouted to a person that works in a different office. she replied once and said she would have an update for me at the end of the day in June and I never heard back from her, Ive left messages with staff as well as sent several emails to no avail. I've called Docs Dental as well as emailed and was actively being told that they cant assist me and I would have to go through the person they referred me to. In September I got in contact with a new person to help me recoup my oop and have yet to receive a response from Docs Dental. Its been a continuous run around. i was told that the point of contact that I was referred to by docs dental no longer holds that position and feel like I have been lied to this entire time. The manner in which things have been handled by Docs Dental staff is absurd.
