    BEWARE!!! We bought a 3rd unit from here, and this last time we bought a brand new 2021 Carbon Toy Hauler, and it was a piece of c*** from the beginning! 2 weeks after we bought it, it went into service, and it ended up being in service for 3 months!! We made 3 payments, without even having the unit!!! They even said it was completed, we took it home, and had to turn around and take it back, because it was not fixed. I had to get the owner involved because we threatened lemon law, and she finally got service to do something. We complained that the roof was leaking, and while it was in service, they said they checked it out, and never made any notes in the service records. They claimed they put it through a heavy water test, and it never leaked. They never noted the service records that they did that, but the female service advisor clearly remembers. Well, we got the unit back, went on 1 camping trip, and then it sat for a few months, without being opened up. We got into it for something one day, and water was everywhere AGAIN, and this time the stainless steel sink was rusted out. Also, one of the other things they claimed they fixed, was still broken. (that part was on the service records). We got it scheduled for service again, and as they were doing the walk through, we were talking to the female service advisor, and she clearly remembered us complaining about the leak from last time, and them checking it out. This time they said they found the reason for the leak, and it was because the air conditioning system was missing bolts, and the 2nd air conditioning system was not tightened down. If it was checked out, then what you found this time would have been found then as well! There was no response for that. We complained to the owner, and she said it was never in service for the leak because they did not note it on the service records!! We bought 3 units from them, and now when issues arrive, the owner is like too bad!!!

    NEVER buy a trailer from Tacoma RV, *************** or any of *************** Subsidiaries. We bought a trailer in 2017 and have had problems with a leaking roof due to improperly installed air conditioners, non functions outlets, non functioning ceiling fan, malfunctions with the Control Panel and leaking under the trailer. None of which Tacoma RV will fix. Do not do business with these companies.

    Do not buy your trailer from here. We had several items that did not work properly and we had them "fix" them within the first couple months of having our brand new trailer. When we went to use our trailer this summer the items (**, water hose, etc) that we had them say were fixed were not. We brought it back and explained they had not fixed them the prior year because they still weren't working. They discovered the switch on the ** was installed incorrectly and same with the hose. However now we are past our 1 year **** so they could charge us for the issues. If an item is installed wrong it is a manufacturer issue and needs to be taken care of by the company! We also had friends that bought their trailer here too and found their axle was installed upside down. Stay far away unless you like paying more money for something that should have been made correctly or caught and fixed the first time!!!

    I had my propane regulator new one installed and your company stole my tall propane tanks and replaced with small ones dated 2014 and 2017 before my trailer **** of 2019 which I bought at Tacoma RV last year and the experience I had with *** I will not be back warranty or not he was disrespectful and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. When I brought trailer in it had been in a secure spot the only time a their could of occurred was at your shop. It could have been a simple error but to make out like I didn't know know which propane tanks is disrespectful and I want payment for my tanks to be replaced
