Very nice employees who were helpful without being pushy. The bed itself was subpar quality. The bedframe had unfinished wooden pieces that didn't fit properly and sheds splinters. The flat topper doesn't fully cover the frame so you can see the wooden boards. Worst of all the memory foam mattress didn't expand. I paid for an 8 inch mattress and it's not even six. The corner are even less and it provides no comfort. When I called them they informed me there no returns and they don't know what to do.

Hi ******. In speaking with my employees that you worked with they mentioned that you are coming in today to exchange the memory foam mattress that did not fully expand. (This unfortunately happens from time to time).
You also chose not to have our professional delivery team put together your frame that you seemed to have difficulty with and **** our Warehouse manager helped figure out the issue and then you pulled down a 3 star review on ******. Now we have this 2 star review and we have done everything we can to assist you. Thank you for your business.

Mattress City has the absolute best ****** reviews in all of Western **********. Go check them out! Average score out of 5 is (4.9). Not many people seem to visit BBB unless there is a problem. Mattress City is the one mattress store that knows their products. Their beducators dont work on commission! One of the only stores in existence that operates this way. That way they truly have the customers best interest when selecting a mattress. The other stores push products that their vendors what to get rid of providing their salespeople more commissions. Go to Mattress City to support a great local business that gives back to our local community. They really understand what customer service is all about!Mattress City

I know many people do research before they come in for a visit but you really went out of your way to look into what we do here at Mattress City! We appreciate not only that you shopped local but you took the time to provide others what your actual experience was like when you shopped with us the other day. How you mentioned that the other stores you shopped at made you feel very uncomfortable. I believe that since our salespeople who dont work on commission that it makes a big difference in the way customers are treated. There is no pressure to buy! I want you to know that you chose an awesome mattress and you are going to love the adjustable power base as well! It really is a game changer in helping you achieve the *************** rest!
