I wish I could give zero star! After googling for carpets with minimal footprints I came to two brands Shaw and Mohawk. I went to carpet to go in bellevue and I gave her the Shaw carpet sample with all the info in the back and asked Betsy to process the order for this particular carpet. My request was, style: find your comfort NS blue EACH816 and color: 743s My Haven (s). She placed the order which was similar on surface but actually completely different carpet in which I had no idea at that time. Her invoice looked as following: find your comfort NS li-12’ and color My Haven S . For someone who doesn’t work at carpet shop it looked ok and no room for suspension until later. She knew what she’s doing but I didn’t. Installation completed on May 18th. Since then I’m in contact with Betsy Liz and questioning if this is what I asked her to order. For some long time they insisted they are the same except the tiny difference is my intended carpet had a blue back and this one doesn’t but it gets the same effect by my choice of padding I chose. They promised by CONTINUED VACUUMING it will turn into the one I intended to buy in the first place. Never happened. Until 6/27/21 Liz confirmed (upon my persistence that they are not the same carpet) that yes they are not in fact the same carpet. And that Betsy placed different order because she believed I don’t want to pay more for carpet. What a ridiculous logic. They didn’t want to lose a customer who will spend close to $5k. Not to mention they asked for $500 for furniture labor during installation later to $60/each standard furniture pieces. Where ********* charged $75 total for standard furniture labor. This is far from an honest business.
