If you type allergypartners.com payment into ******* the first thing that comes up is what turns out to be an ad link to doxo.com with allergy partners branding on it. I (understandably) did not realize this was not their official payment portal and made a payment through them about a week ago, which they have still not received. When I checked on its status, I was told that doxo has no official relationship with them. I looked online and found a few companies posting warnings for people to not fall for this ruse. This is unethical, and aught to be illegal (even if theres some fine somewhere that clarifies it).

    Hello,
doxo is a third party **** pay service that enables consumers to pay and manage all their bills in one location. We are very clear about the delivery date on payments when they are made, we have no desire for anyone to have a late payment, we even ask that you check a box and say you understand the date when making your payment so that you do not have an interruption of service. I do see the transaction that was requested on 2022-07-21. doxo advised that the payment would be delivered to Allergy Partners  on 2022-08-01. We are very clear that we are a third party when we do not have a direct relationship with a ******

I will have someone from our customer care team reach out to assist you further

    Best,

On the 13th I went online to pay my water ****. Their name DOXO showed that they were affiliated with the *************** water department. they removed $83.99 from my account. I assumed that the matter was solved, however on the 21 I got a disconnect notice from the water department I called them and they have not received my payment. I called DOXO they said the payment was mailed the 13th and it arrived on the 22nd. DOXO has offered no proof that they mailed any payment for my water ****.I have been in constant contact with the water department and they still have not received my payment

My daughter received a $1.00 and $1.60 FasTrak toll violation for accidentally getting on the **** lane while using my car. I attempted to pay the $1.00 toll through the FasTrak website on July 17th, but was somehow redirected to Doxo.com. This is where things got fishy. On July 17th, I payed $4.99 to Doxo for a FasTrak violation of $1.00. Doxo charged $3.99 JUST for the transaction. When I logged into my FasTrak account today, June 20th, both of the tolls showed up as unpaid. I went ahead and paid both tolls through the FasTrak website without being redirected or charged any transaction fees. I have now been double charged for the $1.00 fee AND unfairly and fraudulently charged a $3.99 fee by Doxo. The Transaction ID for the ***************************************** is the following:43dfe863-1b76-49ad-ade9-341bc1d2d202. When I looked back at my history, I see that I typed in the ACTUAL FasTrak website incorrectly on the 17th. The actual FasTrak website is BayAreaFasTrak.org. I accidentally typed in BayAreaFastTrack.org (with an additional T and C). I was then redirected to Doxos. This is SO predatory against regular people who are simply trying to pay their toll violations. Please assist in ending this scheme and uncovering how Doxos is taking advantage of and stealing from people. I have attempted to contact Doxos Support but there is NO way to file a complaint. Please, please assist!

7/18/22 $3.99 service charge fee.Contacted a representative from Doxo regarding payment that was intended to go directly to replublic services and not through their 3rd party service. When attempting to bring up **************** to make the payment it appeared to be the correct website on first look. This weblink came up before the official republic service link which to my view is an underhanded practice. After explaining the error the Doxo rep. would not reverse the service charge since they claimed to have provided the "transparent service".This is an unfair practice to trick others into payment billing through a 3rd party.**************** did reverse the dual charges and advised us to try getting the service fee from Doxo.

    Hello,

doxo is a 3rd party **** payment service that enables consumers to pay and manage all their bills in one location. We are very clear that we are a third party, we do not have a direct relationship with a ******. See attached example.

The payment is being sent to Republic Services on July 21,2022. The fee cannot be refunded, this was sent to the ****** you requested with the information you have provided. I do see you were able to reach our customer care department. If you need further assistance we are happy to help

    Complaint: 17590387

I am rejecting this response because: When performing the seach for republic service it appeared to be the correct link to the utility in big bold letters at the top of the web page. The transparency you speak of in on the small print letters at the bottom of the page. I've never had to worry about reading the fine print when paying a utility **** before this mishap.Republic servces did credit payment back to me but was un able to help me with the unwanted service charge. When speaking with the service rep. I was told they would not refund me for the service that I didn't want. I have checked other complaints about this practice and they all get the standard response similar to the one we received. This type of spoofing is an underhanded approach to inject their service when attempting to pay directly to the business. If i wanted to give money away to a third party I would have searched for it. Please add this letter to the list of complaints on this type of practice.Thank You Sincerely,

I recently, over a month ago, made a utility payment to Doxo for my **** at *********************** here in ******* ********. They gladly took my money out of my account but it has never been sent to LES. I have had three phone conversations with them regarding this problem and two weeks ago they told me they would send me an email with a copy of receipt of payment to LES. To date I have not received this email. I have contacted **************** System who have no record of such payment ever being made and stated they have never even heard of Doxo. I am apparently out of $60 dollars of which has been scammed from my account. I believe it to be a scam as payment was never received here and I have been lied to and ignored on this subject by Doxo now for two weeks. I know you dont base accreditation on customer complaints but I would say that they are into more than just complaints. They have stolen $60 from me have no regrets I have made no effort to resurrect the situation. Lincone ********************* Account *********. ****** How can such a company be accredited by anyone. By accrediting this company and all the other things I found out about them now online youre discrediting yourselves at the **************** ******* Please look into this for me. Thank you, ********************* *******************************************************
