Here is a very honest review. This company is AWFUL. NOT at all owner friendly. I had them for two years, and honestly i considered selling strongly because of the nightmare it was. I was out of state due to being Military, and this was my first home. I was proud to rent. Where do i begin, lets see, approving repairs without my consent, letting water damage go unreported requiring EXTENSIVE repairs, holes in my walls filled with caulking so i have white Hershey kisses on my walls, damage from the door being slammed, had to replace an entire bathroom vanity from water damage and they didnt even install it right. Faucets leaking, etc. Biggest annoyance? Having an HOA I am not allowed to DO ANYTHING to the outside balcony structural wise and they tried hiring a contractor to tear it off because wasp and bees would come back every spring. AND they cut a hole in my cabinets and didnt inform me of it, i had to find that for myself. Somehow magically it alllll was not seen or noted during any of the inspections. I had all my plumbing checked before renting, and magically a year later it all goes to crap??? Incompetent and untrustworthy, tried having me replace a brand new A/C unit. All they want is money and do not care about your property. I mean i literally went and grabbed my keys from them and an hour or so later i get a call saying i can come get them. Are you not tracking where my keys are?? So yeah look else where because the staff there is also rude and inconsiderate. Even told me not to rent to people that had a lower credit score then the first renter, i am sorry people need a home, and the last tenants took WAY better care of my home then the one with the 800+ score, seeing as all the water damage went unreported while they lived here. Like i said money hungry. I literally had to threaten legal action for them to even listen to me. 0 freaking stars.
