This company performed a home inspection on my house and damaged several items in my home that I now have to pay qualified contractors to come out and repair. They blew the A/C breaker when re-installing the panel and put in the notes of their home inspection poor design on the panel really??? I had to call an electrician and pay emergency cost on a weekend b/c of their negligence. The other item they broke was the plastic around the microwave that must come off to check the filter for hood vent it has 3 screws holding it on they didn't remove screws they just pulled on it until plastic clips broke there goes another **** they cost me. The patio lights are now not working as they broke off the prong on the plug that goes into the outlet. I understand that accidents happen and these things were not intentionally done but at least own up to your mistakes and make them right leaving these items for the homeowner to fix is not good business practices. The sale not happening is irrelevant the home is already being sold to someone else and honestly you even making that remark should let everyone know what type of business you run and how you think that not selling the home to the buyer prompted the review. The lack of respect for my property and then not making it right is why you received the review.
