    Complete waste of time. They tell you they will help you market things and get things to sell that is a flat lie. They charge you a ton of money and do nothing. I got the largest sales package they had and I had one single person contact me on a **** new and nice bike that I would have priced at anything to get it sold. All they care about is staying open for others to take a loss from them.

    ************** of *******************************. ************. My motorcycle ad has been up for more than a year now. More recently purchased the "Ultimate Package." If i enter the exact year, make, and model of my motorcycle, I get results of other motorcycles, first and foremost of course from dealerships, and have to scroll to the next several pages for my cycle to show up. This is the most expensive package. Despite motorcycle being cheapest on cycletrader (for make and model), only 1 phone call from a (possibly) real buyer. All rest, 10+, scammers. Also this "real" buyer magically showed up after i emailed them about their poor search algorithm. Would not be surprised if it were a company rep. **** they still haven't responded to my email, more than a week now. Very bad company that enjoys a monopoly on the motorcycle ad market.

    I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding ongoing issues with managing my account on your website. For the past three days, I have been attempting to delete and update photos, and I've encountered significant difficulties.Despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email and phone, I haven't been able to resolve this. Your chat feature has also been consistently offline, making it impossible to get immediate assistance. This lack of responsiveness and the inability to perform basic account functions are highly concerning and are leading me to question the legitimacy of your business.I hope to hear from you soon with a resolution to these issues.
