      Collection agencies always get a bad rap at being the bad guy. Most of the time it's because people don't want to admit that they made bad choices, got in a bind, etc. Collection agencies are just doing their job in working with the debtor to settle their responsibilities.
      Ann Meredith worked with us for a long time. She was understanding, patient and professional.
      As long as you're willing to workout a solution, they are there to help you.

      Tanner **** was extremely kind and knowledgeable; answered all of my concerns, as I had set up a payment plan with an urgent care facility for a sinus infection, and I got a letter from them stating I still had a balance. Tanner explained it clearly and kindly. We need more customer service reps like him!
