I purchased this vehicle in June and when I purchased a vehicle, I told the people the air didnt work. They were issues with the vehicle and I did not want this particular vehicle. I want another vehicle but refused to help me get another vehicle. I kept calling they told me they were going to fix the problems that were with my vehicle on 22 July. I came up here. They said they couldnt fix anything because it was raining and then they told me to bring it back on the 29th, and then when I get here, but GM name ***** goes. Oh no were not fixing anything on this vehicle. The owner said theyre not gonna fix anything. They promised me a refund of my money because I had to pay for my Tages twice and the owner said theyre not gonna do anything for me for this vehicle because you knew what you and I told him on the day that I purchased unit that the things that were wrong with it and they promised to fix it and they refuse to fix it. Do not go to mega auto in ******** it is the biggest scam artist company for use cards. They do nothing. They lie just to get the product off of their lot.Mega Auto Outlet

******** and her bad BBL, red wig and messed up body and the whole company are criminals doing illegal activity. They use your information without permission to approve you for loans you did not sign for or agree to and tell you that you cant get your deposit back because your in a new loan and if you tell them you dont want a loan they claim you cant get your money back since your approved and you cant get a deposit, not to mention the new loan is a higher payment and extremely high interest!! Like what? Then when you ask her to show you the loan information that you were approved for she gets an attitude! This big bird bird brain thinks someones dumb. Her and the whole staff are in on it and are ridiculous, and the bank she uses is in on it if she even uses a real bank. This fool and her staff wanted financial documents for the loan I didnt consent for and if I was approved already what do you need my info for!!!! *****. Ended up making a strategic decision based on the situation I couldnt get out of without losing my money and it definitely kept me from having to deal with BBL ******** and her criminal friends. They were hoping I was going to be in a loan with them for years but no, do better ********- at least better than your body.Mega Auto Outlet

Deposits and down-payments are non-refundable. Customers are informed of this policy before leaving down-payments. This policy is also posted in large print through-out our dealership, as well as on the receipt of payment. A pre-approval does not guarantee a loan. I believe this customer is confused on how vehicle loans are done. She may call us at ************** so that we may clarify this information. A simple ****** search will also provide this information.Review fromGabriel V

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Beware of false promises! We were assured by the car lot that our purchase came with a one-year warranty covering the transmission and engine. However, when our car developed issues, they conveniently backed out of their commitment, refusing to fix it. Their lack of integrity and poor customer service is disappointing. Buyers, beware of their misleading tactics and be cautious before making any purchases here. WE HAVE CALLED OVER 30 TIMES AND HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING. They are are scammers and need to be shut down. Looking into a lawyer!!!Mega Auto Outlet

Buyer Beware!!!!!!! I paid cash for a car. The check engine light came on the same day. They gave me a 1 year warranty on the engine and transmission. The valve timing solenoid was bad with a repair cost under $250. After giving me the run around for 2 days, the owner decided they would not pay for the repair. The engine or transmission have to blow completely for the warranty to kick in. There is also a $999 processing fee added to every car. They claim it's written at the bottom of the ad but I couldn't find it. Save yourself the trouble - Don't bother pulling into the lot!!Mega Auto Outlet

Our 1 year engine/transmission warranty only covers the engine/transmission. We do have third-party warranties available for purchase which are offered at the time of sale. Our $999 processing fee is located on every advertisement and is also posted throughout our dealership.Review fromNancy N

This dealer should be close down. They are a complete ripoff company and the whole company is full of crooks. My husband and I bought a car from them about two weeks ago, they told us that we where paying for tags and ******, now they are saying that they are not responsible for paying for our tags, even though this is what ******** told us. They also told us that if the car fails inspection they will refund money use to correct the inspection, now they will not. From all the complaints I have read they should really not be in business. They put you on hold forever and most times never come back to the phones.Mega Auto Outlet

DO NOTI REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY ARE A SCAM! Within the 1-2 month timeframe I had been in contact with 2 different general managers ( ************** I have a dealership warranty for engine / transmission repair that I worked out on Pen and paper when purchasing my Tahoe (blank check). I boasted about this place to ************* how I had a **************** of mind knowing they would fulfill warranty agreement if I had an major issue as stated.I was sadly mistaken due to this dealership dishonesty. My truck recently had engine failure. *****, whom I initially spoke with, had me go as far as having vehicle towed to a repair shop for diagnostic because Im guessing he wanted to be for sure what I had was engine failure which it was as the lifters in the engine seized! So within the few days of getting that to them I contacted Mega to learn that ***** was fired according to **** the new GM So after re explaining the issue to **** the new GM.. He immediately tells me hes not going to help/ honor the warranty in contract that states engine repair! So we go back and forth for an hour+He goes on saying it makes no sense to help me repair my engine if he only made $600 off of my $16000 purchase!?!? What!? He also added that the most he could do was probably to send the diagnostic invoice to corporate to try to send me a check for half of the diagnostic! Which also he stated he wasnt doin after calling back! They sell LIES! It has put a strain myself as well as my family. I wish I had NEVER did business with such a substandard untrustworthy establishment!Mega Auto Outlet

So 2021 my husband ******************************* and I bought a ***** Tahoe from Mega Auto Outlet LLC we were hesitant on buying it at first because of the miles! **** you we didnt need to settle for no car we came into the dealership with a blank check from Navy Federal it was an easy sale for them so as we were about to walk away from the deal the man said I will give you a two year warranty on the engine and transmission. That sounded great and I loved the truck Rims, blacked out, leather, sunroof, everything we were looking for! So fast forward to **** were coming back from my sons Nationals meet in ************** and the truck starts acting up. So we call the dealership they tell us to take the truck to a shop and get a diagnostic. After all that these people dont return calls I have a $600 diagnostic I will have to come out of pocket on and now need an engine replacement which is another $6000 not to mention the rental car weve had for almost two months. All this right before back to school ?? Im at the point of contacting every news station and even hiring a lawyer cause it clearly states in the contract that the engine and transmission is covered! One thing about me I dont stand down! I will picket or do what ever to stop this company from doing this to other people! Every day off every free time I have I will make sure to spread the word of what a horrible dealership this place is!! If you live in ******** stay away from this dealership they aint nothing but liars and dont stand by their word!!!!Mega Auto Outlet

Dont visit this dealership I have never wrote a review on a business but I have to write my experience with Mega Auto Outlet. This business is not one I would recommend to anyone, after I paid my down payment on the car that I was interested in that is when my problems started.Me, my daughter and son-in- law, has to call on a daily basis on the status of my car and we were told many lies on the status. No one from the dealership ever called me to let me know what was going on with my car.I was told on one occasion that my car would be ready on Tuesday after the Saturday that we made the down payment so me and my friend was on our way to pick up the car and we were 20 minutes away when I called and was told that the car was not available for pick up on that day. That was a waste of our time and gas making a trip on a lie.The next lie was that the car would be ready the next day and that they would deliver the car to me. Me and my family was lied to. Every time we called each one of us was told that that the car was on it way.The car was delivered on Thursday around 7:30 pm. With an almost empty gas tank. What me and my family has to endure to get this car was awful, we were lied to, put on hold, hung up on and not once did the dealership call me about the car.I would never buy a car from this dealership again and anyone who is thinking about buying from this dealership dont. 1 starI recently purchased a vehicle from Mega. They sold me a vehicle that had too much oil in the vehicle. Upon driving home, the vehicle went into limp mode. **** from Mega told me to go to a local mechanic right away. Their negligence resulted in a $1500.00 maintenance bill. I was told and my sales paperwork clearly stated that I had a one year powertrain warranty, but after nearly two ******************** and the team at Mega kept saying they are looking into the problem. This was clearly a delay tactic to have me just go away. I have subsequently submitted complaints to the **** Better Business Bureau, USAA, Navy Fed, and I am taking them to Small Claims Court. Do not purchase from these people, they are negligent and do not back their contracts. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.
