on March 21, 2023 purchased a 2014 Jaguar XJL from the Mega Auto Outlet in ******** **, we traded in a 2007 ******** S550. drove the ******** 2+ hours from ******** to ********. the car was in great shape. During the pre-sale they offered to buy the ******** for $2500, but only gave $1500 as a trade-in. After test driving the Jaguar we informed them that there was a noise in the front driver side shock. We were told multiple times by the salesman since we drove so far to get the car, take it to our regular mechanic and they would pay for the repair, they would give them their credit card number. Due to the financing we needed to pick up a physical check from the credit union so they did not allow us to take the vehicle that day. the deal was completed and all paperwork was signed. we drove the ******** back to ********. the dealership drove the Jaguar to our home the next day. the person who dropped off the car and drove the ******** back also stated that they would cover the repair to the front end of the car. the next business day the car went to the shop and they sent a quote to the dealer. they refused to pay the bill. they stated that the ******** wasn't worth enough. We asked what does the ******** have to do with the Jaguar, that deal was done. we requested to speak to a manager and the owner. they told ** we cant speak to the owner. we will be following up this complaint with a lawsuit for the price of the repair that was made to the Jaguar. We have also contacted the BBB in ******** - we want them to pay the cost of $3,106.79 for the repairs to the Jaguar 04/26/202304/25/2023MIGHTY MUFFLER ******** DE1735-$1,000.0004/13/202304/12/2023MIGHTY MUFFLER ******** DE1735-$2,106.79Business Response

I purchased a 2010 ****** 4Runner with 105k miles from Mega Auto Outlet 4/19/2023. The vehicle was listed at a price of $18997.Visited 4/14. Provided $500 deposit. Test-drive revealed a bad wheel-bearing. ******** and I discussed taxes, fees, and price. She gave me a buyer's order. I told her I intended to pay it off quickly. She suggested I pay upfront to avoid a ~$1000 additional fee that comes with their financing.Important: The buyer's order had the correct price $18997 w/ $695 processing fee. It also had 9.5% Sales and Use tax for ** listed at approximately $1870.74. And an additional $208.81 for other fees. All in all, it came to $21771.55.Next week, ordered a cashier's check for $21771.55 and let them know. 4/18, the car was ready. 4/19, visited again. Test drove the vehicle and found that the rotors were causing the wheels to dance left and right (dangerous). They promptly began repair. I spent the day waiting. After repairs, the brakes weren't bled, I told them that the brakes were insensitive. I met with an associate to sign the papers. I gave him the cashier's check and the original buyer's order (which wasn't returned to me).He produced numerous documents to sign. When looking over the buyer's order, I noticed the correct final price, but didn't check the taxes and fees. After signing, he told me that all I needed to do is get it inspected and that the title and plate would be "automatic". **** asked the associate if the taxes were paid and he said yes. I drove home dangerously with insensitive brakes that weren't bled.Important: final buyer's order had the vehicle price listed at $21076.55 w/ $695 processing fee. No taxes or other fees were listed. This means I didn't pay taxes and still need to pay them and on a basic level it means that they "stole" $2079.55.I ask that they refund $2079.55 or update the order to reflect the original buyer's order.Business Response

I purchased a vehicle,an Infinity Qx56 ***** in August 2022.The second day the service engine light came on. I called to bring it back for service. Got there they denied me service to the vehicle,so I left, I called to bring the truck back they laughed at me and gave me the run around. So I surrendered the vehicle to them, and said I'm not going to pay for a lemon. Took my tags off and went home. A week later Mega Auto Outlet dropped the vehicle off at my house and left it there with new paper tags, and the vehicle was not fixed....I'm confused at this point, they have the vehicle in there possession...*********** it....I just want my **** dollar down payment back. What should I do?Business Response

Hello,
I have never stepped foot in their store one time, therefore I saw no signs stating refunds were not refundable, got no receipt stating such, and was assured over the phone it would be refundable. I don't live in ********. I live in Kansas and was going to make a 22 hour drive to get there. Thank goodness I called them before I left town or I would have had no such warning not to go. After reading the reviews online, I'm certainly glad I didn't end up getting the vehicle from them. They're a bunch of scam artists and deserve to be shut down. How many others have they done this to? How many more will come? How long must this go on before you do something about it?
Regards,
