I would absolutely not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealer, they sell lemon cars at high prices that need work, they provide false information that the cars are all brand new running cars with no problem. I traded my good running car with them for a lemon that had need over 2,000 worth of work need done to it after only 2 weeks of having the car. I tried reaching out to them and they told me it was nothing they could do and to go look at the extended warranty.. the extended warranty wasn’t able to cover none of the engine parts that was needed, they hadn’t offer services from their mechanic either.. I was yell at by The management while trying to speak with them. I called the financial loan company for help it was nothing they could do but call and harass me to make sure I made payments instead of trying to help me fix my issues.. ERICA THE ASSISTANT WAS THE ONE WHO DID THE HARRASSING. My car was recently bought back from me from the financial company they came and took my car out of my garage because they feared a lawsuit I told them I had the car fixed at Bmw it has all factory parts as of now unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the last part done which was the valve cover for the engine, which is 1700 at bmw… it’s their problem now… anyway, I called to see where my car was wen I discovered it was gone and AZIR THE MGR OF TOTAL AUTO FINANCIAL COMPANY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY THE FULL 11,000 to get it back, i immediately new that this was a scam they have done before, as of today I haven’t received any papers which is my right to see any contract or statement stating that they bought back the car and that this car shouldn’t be on my credit.
