    In September 2022 we signed a contract with DLH home improvement to replace our carport roof. I gave him 50% deposit (Over $4k) to have him start the job and the job was not done. Before the contract was signed we agree to removing the membrane of the roof and the gutters along with providing a dumpster. We did those items required and *********** wanted us to replace the damaged beams and wood that was on the roof which was not agreed upon. Since we informed him we would not replace it he have yet to do any work. *** sent him two emails requesting a refund and he have yet to respond and given us the deposit back. He failed to comply with his contract that was sign.
