  Does not communicate. I have an open order from 2022 that I still have not received. Items arrive sticky, unfinished and well beyond TAT. Any complaints are responded to with threats of fake litigation.

  I purchased multiple items from Hailey. After I received my earrings wrong I asked for my milk to be returned to me with my final piece a mug. She took way longer than the promised turn around time. When my mug finally came it is lumpy, unfinished and nothing what I asked for. Plus my milk did not arrive. I have asked for my milk back multiple times and she refuses to send me back my DNA!! Haiely is holding my milk hostage to get me to pay her more money for shipping. I have paid her shopping 3 separate times. Asking her to send me my milk back that she has ignored. She uses knock off jewelry that is purchased on Etsy for less than $5 and she sells it for hundreds. Saying it’s all custom made. She constantly lies about turn around a times and refuses to post real reviews.

  I ordered at cup in 2020 before this business got super big. I ordered in July and when it finally came in November I was underwhelmed. It’s not as glittery as I had hoped and honestly is kinda just ugly. I knew the font on my name never looked right but I thought it was me. The bottom also is not level and it doesn’t sit right and is prone to tip over. When I posted pictures of it on social media this year someone pointed out that a letter in my name actually is wrong and is missing it’s whole downstroke. She deliberately put my name decal on it while half of the “r” was missing and thought it was ok to send it to me that way. That was the last of the milk with my first born and I am heartbroken and can not look at the cup the same anymore knowing that it is literally defective.

  I first approached Haley for 2 breastmilk tumblers in 2021 and was very happy with my purchase. She went significantly over promised TAT but the quality of the cups was good and I loved them. This is the ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars because everything went absolutely downhill from there. I received a keychain that was half melted and the design could not be seen but I still loved it because it was handmade and technically still within what I had asked for. I also received a keepsake box that was not at all like what I had ordered. Haley offered to remake it and even though it wasn’t exactly what I wanted I took it as me not explaining what I wanted well enough. The next item I ordered was a plaque. It took me a while to get her the breastmilk for it but even once she got the milk, she was wayyy over TAT and the color was incorrect. I also ordered a wooden keychain that was extremely poorly put together and flimsy. It broke within a couple of weeks of use (was on my wallet in my purse, no rough handling). I reached out for a resolution and was not responded to for 9 business days (her policy is 72h, on emailing she has an auto reply saying 5 business days). I finally filed for a refund for a necklace that I had ordered but was yet to be made. At this point she blocked me from the social media page where she keeps customers updated. I had no way to have any updates on my keychain remake so I filed another claim with PayPal. Both cases were closed in my favor. I absolutely wanted to work with her to get a remake of my keychain because it was extremely special to me but was completely denied because I asked for a refund on a future order. It was extremely vindictive. I have proof of every single thing I have mentioned here. She lies all the time so I have learnt to document everything.

  I received a tumbler after being thrown through the ringer on false communication, the tumbler doesn’t stand straight it sounds like it’s crackling on the table, it has random yellow spots, it has random red glitter throughout and even overlooking that- there are 28 small pieces of hair throughout the tumbler. TWENTY EIGHT. I asked for proof that My Milk was being used I don’t even know how many times and I always got “ she’s editing the video” i have still YET to see this video after asking SO MANY TIMES. I also ordered a sweater October 28th 2022, it was GUARANTEED to be here by Christmas, well it’s January 8th and the item still hasn’t even been made, but I didn’t find that out from Haley, I had to ask the distributor because Haley doesn’t respond honestly. She had made a post for everyone that their color choices were out months ago - I wasn’t in there. Then this week she messages me that I need to pick a new color because it’s out. Like - WHY IS THIS JUST COMING UP WHEN IT SHOULDVE ALREADY BEEN HERE SO LONG AGO. I never get any information about the sweaters from Haley even, I have to see screenshots on the buyer beware page because Haley blocked everyone that was apart of the group without even having commented on the group even with open orders. So we don’t get updates on our orders from her AT ALL. I don’t know if this sweater will ever come. Beyond disappointed and wish the buyer beware page was created sooner so I could’ve avoided this entire MESS.

  I ordered a cow made with my breastmilk, the last of my milk. It was ordered May 2022 I received it in December of 2022. First, that is entirely too long. Second, the product was poorly made and poorly painted. She tried painting areas to cover up the flaws of the product, except that just made it look worse. I am extremely disappointed with my product and I am only keeping it, as it was the last of my milk. She should be ashamed of herself sending out products looking like she did. Wish I had looked at reviews before using her. Also had a cup made and it was supposed to arrive before Christmas, it did not.

  I had awful experience from this company. She doesn't get orders out on time (not even close to on time) but she also makes every excuse in the world as to why. She ignores your messages to buy time. And then when your order finally comes its garbage. My necklace was so knotted and mangling there was no way she didn't see it when sending it out. Not only that the chain snapped not long after having it (second chain) she send me wrong colored shirts. My keychain was sent to me with a sticky residue all over it where you couldn't even see the logo. Everything about my experience with my hard earned milk was awful. The fact that she has her moderators leaving reviews is just more sad. Please beware this "company" you will be treated like nothing but dirt in the ground.

  I had a poor experience with the Southern House in 2021. Hey Anthony ******* exclusively pumping and had had what was a very emotional and difficult time with feeding my child which the owner of this business was aware of after direct conversation. I was very hesitant to send milk and trust a stranger with some thing so personal and valuable. The turn around time was not met, but I understand as the claim was these are hand made. I received it and there was epoxy) or whatever clear stuff she uses missing along 1/3 of the top of the cup where the lid meets. There was exposed glitter that would fall out, was rough, and this area concerned me that the milk was not encased well enough to not turn yellow like many of her other cups. I sent a message to moderators for the company and was met with no resolution. I eventually messaged the owner, Haley, but realized quickly that I did not feel comfortable sending her my cup back. I truly felt like I would not have my own milk in the cup or I wouldn’t get it back at all after reading numerous bad experiences with her. The icing on the cake as a business is that any feedback not perfect is completely deleted from any social media they can control. She uses curse words to describe any customer who has ever publicly voiced that their experience was not great (even when they do so politely and with proof). I would never support this company and, particularly, the owner who has a history of erratic emotional tirades on social media, excuses for any short coming, and a history of berating customers. As a nurse and IBCLC, this is one place that I will ensure customers and other professionals in the community know is not a safe place to work with their milk (and ashes like she started doing after milk… big yikes). I do not believe what I have in my cup is my milk. I cannot believe she is capable of storing and organizing 2oz breast milk for hundreds or thousands of orders. She is taking advantage of mothers.
