    Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect and disregard as I was on August 10 by a smug, arrogant nurse whose name is Bri. To have my illness mocked and diminished by her comments and blatant disrespect has made me never want to seek treatment again. I hope something is done about this “nurse” . I always had great previous experiences with CRMH until this. I truly hope this isn’t the standard of care you want for your patients.

    I had pnemonia,, got chest tubes,was air lifted to Roanoke,VA from Martinsville Va, went into a coma, a bunch of stuff in between. When I woke up I just wanted to leave but the staff and nurses talked to me and showed me reason. If it was not for the amazing doctors, nurses, nurses assistants, and staff id be dead right now. I want to thank each and everyone of them. They did a great job and truely care.
