    After having a schedule conflict with Ace Auto Glass (a company I've used for years) I was ultimately blown off in favor of taking lunch. Which made me quite upset thinking back to my previous jobs and how i'd have to stay behind and take a late lunch because of a customer. Does it put me in the right, no. But at the same time I've used them for years only to passed off for lunch and asked to schedule another day I declined after requesting off from work for the rest of the day.. After that I scheduled an appointment with Safelite. They just never showed up. NO call. No Text. No Email. Nothing. After checking their reviews that ended up being a blessing in disguise because there are countless photos of how shoddy and unprofessional their installations are. (Chipped/cracked paint, leaks, horrible warranties) I felt like I was completely out of options. Then I remembered hearing an ad on the radio. So I emailed them and explained my situation. I'm horrible with names but a lovely woman helped me through the whole process and got me scheduled and taken care of. ******** was very careful not to chip or crack the paint. And just like that. Smileys is now my #1 go to. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.
