    I purchased HVAC/Furnace from ********************** Air Condtioning and Heating Corp located at *******************************************************. ***** on 10/13/2020 for the price of $5800. In a year on Christmas Day 2021 in the middle of a family dinner my furnace shut down. This brought a end to my dinner as everyone was freezing and left. I slept in my clothes and when I reached Mr ******** 1 or 2 days later he claims my pump failed. A pump that I was told came from my previous HVAC unit which could have been 10 to 20 years old. I had only lived there a year so I didnt know. But I was assured that all items were new there was no mention that the pump wasnt replaced. I had no way to know because it was in my crawl space under my house. After reaching Mr ********************** he wanted me to pay for a new pump and labor cedes. I told him I just brought this thing and I did not have any money to give him and if he didnt send someone over to fix my heat I would *** his ass! He did and without charge. Forward toChristmas Eve 2022 my unit now 2 years old, stops working again. It is around 20 degrees and me and my boyfriend both of us Seniors are freezing. My boyfriend tells me to find someone to come out and we do find ************************ who willing to come out and do the work because no one is answering phone at ANDERSONs so I pay a ************************** $ 380 to wrap my pipes and get my furnace up and running. Mind you I paid $180 to Mr ********************** for preventive maintenance to keep these problems from happening. He sent someone 4/26 to check my air on 4/22/22 and **** in 10/13/22 to check furnace , STILL my furnace shut down 2 months later. They should have wrapped my pipes when they cane in October. Now on September 11. I am being told I need a compressor some that should last ***** years has broken down and the part is free under Warranty from Manufacturer, but the labor is going to cost me $2500 plus $400 for Refridgerant approximately $3000, shucks Im still paying off the $5800 from 3 years ago. Can someone from the BBB investigate these business practices I Am a Senior Citizen living on a budget
