After 10 years, 3 CCs, one auto loan later. They have completely failed in customer support. This by far is the worst customer service situation Ive ever been a part of. I was a victim of a scam so they flagged all 3 of my CCs after I paid $4000 in balances and told me unless I could provide the fraudulent account bank statement that my cards, my credit, will be permanently revoked. Ive been with them for 10 years, never missed a payment, paid of my auto loan a year and half early and I have ONE issue and they will not help me. Forget the fact they wont return a call but when I get them on the phone, they continue to ask me to provide the bank statement that was a scam. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a service of any kind. Do not expect their help if you are a customer and need their help. 10 years with them and they could care less to help. Absolutely disgusting as a company.

Restricted my account while I was xmas shopping due to fraudulent activities. I called and they sent a link to verify my identity so I took front and back pictures of my id to send 3x and there was an error each time. I have a state issued valid id and I've used it at banks and to purchase firearms and never had a single issue. I called again the following day and they asked me to do the same thing and I did. They claim they cannot help me at all with anything account related because I have not verified who I am. I got a customer service rep to send an email link and I submitted the pictures through the email link. They received the email 2 days ago and claim they have it but haven't had the account specialist review it. This has ruined my Xmas for my family and embarrassed me while I was shopping. I've had them for 4 years and spent thousands of dollars over and over without a single concern for fraud but now all the sudden a regular purchase during the holidays is suspect.

Their app tries to get access to manage your phone calls along with a bunch of other gratuitous phone access. If you do not ***** it this access, the app refuses to function. That is unnecessary and extremely suspicious. I'm trying to check my balance online, why in the world are you demanding access to half the files on my phone? I can't tell if this is incompetence or malice.

Flagged my account for fraud because I made 2 payments and paid my account in full! Then precede to hold authorized funds longer then any other bank or credit card! Not a full charge only an authorization. **************** has attitude and no will to help.

Capital One commits fraud, is an accessory to fraud, perpetuates fraud, does not have fraud prevention measures in place that work, allows cancelled cards to be used, allows blocked and unenrolled merchants to continue to place charges on accounts, gives false and misleading information, tampers with customer accounts by unlocking cards without customer consent or knowledge, intentionally prevents access to corporate offices and does not respond to correspondence that has been sent to corporate. I have been the victim of all of the above. None of the numbers on the BBB website reach corporate office. The numbers on Capital One's website do not reach corporate office. What's in your wallet? Not Capital One any more.

My daughter was going to study abroad. I had to pay for her apartment and my card was froze for possible fraud. I appreciate the concern, but when I called they sent me a code and they still didnt believe me. I called 5 days straight over 6 hours of my time before it finally got resolved. At one point they asked me to sent a picture of my drivers license, SS Card and proof of address. I cant believe anybody especially the fraud agency would suggest this. I ordered another card and saying good bye to Capital One. Thank god this happened in ******* not when she was by herself overseas.

I opened a standard account with Belfx. After some 2 weeks of trading, they asked me for more investment, so I upped it to around 5K EUR as it was showing profits. All seemed to be going fine, so I invested another 15K EUR and a VIP account was opened. Most of the investments were transferred barring some profit which was left in the standard account for me to practice. I deposited another 5K EUR to make it to the Platinum account, however, it was never converted to Platinum on the pretext that all trades need to be closed and VIP account needs to be opened or have fresh invested amount of ***** EUR, which looked logical and I also didnt insist. All these while I had withdrawn 100 EUR to check the withdrawal process. After trading for another month, I mentioned that I would like to withdraw my profit, the account started going in big negative. At that point of time, I was asked for more investment to save the account which I didn't do and the account was ultimately blown up.I was advise by my military colleague to contact a recovery team, which I made a contact with ********************** , his an expert on binary/forex/bitcoin and crypto currency recovery. Him and his team worked relentlessly to get my invested capital including my bonus refunded back to me. I was obligated to recommend him and his funds recovery strategy. Feel free to reach out to him if you are experiencing issues with your investment broker, via his email address: nickjover4 @ gmail . com And will guide you on steps to take and get your invested capital refunded back to you.

Capital one is not a professional creditor. I processed an online balance transfer and I clearly stated **** of America with correct account number. The have send the money to a different creditor which is **************** that I dont have an account with. After three weeks, I called to find why it is taking long. They advise me that it is a normal processing time. After multiple calls, They found that It went to the wrong account. In addition, **************** was horrible and not experienced of solving this issue. They kept telling me that the money will be refunded to your credit card and up until now after one month still have not happened. I received the Check that Capital one send to **************** from **************** telling me that I dont have an account with them and I dont even know how capital one get **************** and they created a fake account number with hand written. This transaction is affecting my credit score and Capital one is not doing anything about as quick as it should be..

This credit card company charges you a $40 past due fee when you don't pay your bill at at specific time on your due date. I have called to resolve this problem for instance Maybe crediting one past due fee so a customer can catch up. They refuse. I do believe what they are doing is illegal please look into this thank you
