  Beach Auto Brokers, Inc. has been the subject of a BBB advertising challenge brought to their attention by the BBB referencing the advertisement in on the company's website dated February 18, 2020.
  
  Specifically, the company's use of the advertised claim "Guaranteed Credit Approval" does not meet the Better Business Bureau Code of Advertising guidelines.
  
  According to the guidelines: "The words "no credit rejected," "guaranteed credit approval," "all credit applications accepted" or words of similar import can imply that consumer credit will be extended to anyone regardless of the consumer's credit worthiness or financial ability to pay. They must only be used when all credit requests are approved."
  
  The BBB requested clarification from the company on the specifics of their "Guaranteed Credit Approval" claim.
  
  In a written response Beach Auto Brokers, Inc. explained that the "Guaranteed Credit Approval" logo originates from their lending source, Credit Acceptance Corporation, whose program is specifically designed to help credit-challenged car buyers get approved for the extension of credit regardless of credit history. This program assures that "there will be no circumstance where a customer will be denied the extension of credit based on their credit profile or lack thereof."
  
  In the interest of clarification and transparency, Beach Auto Brokers, Inc. have decided to add a disclaimer to display on their website stating that money down may be required for desired vehicle purchase and/or selection of a more affordable vehicle. Through their lending source, a customer is guaranteed the extension of some amount of credit toward vehicle purchase.
  
  BBB has determined that the information Beach Auto Brokers, Inc. provided is acceptable and closed the ad review concern as substantiated.
