360 Plumbing is not a reputable plumbing business. We payed 360 Plumbing nearly $3,700.00 for work specified on the work estimate and contracted with them, work they performed poorly, half-way, and on one specification (for which we payed) they did not even perform! I *******************, the lead plumber who performed the work, curse, and complained when he thought I was not around. I couldn't believe the things he was saying; however, despite his unkind words, I steered clear from him so as he might perform his tasks.This company is regrettable. We payed for the following items that were either not completed and/or not done at all:--Sump Pump / work drain line was not installed as we were told it would be & heat pump was damaged in the process --Washer Drain Line / Line rebuilt the same way it existed before, does not drain properly and flows back into basement causing flooding --Outdated Poly Line Replacement with Pex B/ was not even touched --Toilet install / 1 toilet did not flush after install & other toilet not installed correctly When I called the owner to express my dissatisfaction, he was both confrontational and argumentative with me. He refused to refund me on the Poly line replacement, which we payed for. After getting off the phone with him, my spouse, who's a licensed counselor with the state of VA and who knows how to speak with individuals in kindness, later called and asked if there was any way we could work something out, the owned said "No" and hung up on my wife in a very disrespectful way.We feel this company should be reprimanded for how they treated us. When they were here performing the work, I stayed out of the way and I let them perform the work on a trust basis. I made no complaints at the time because I trusted them. They broke our trust. For all of this, I feel that 360 Plumbing should have their VA business license revoked. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and thieves (as they took our money for work not performed).--***********
