    This company calls me daily, every few hours. When I answer its silent, when I called the number back they ask for someone I've never heard of yet they still keep calling. I'm tired of spam calls. Stop calling me.

    Dear BBB,
    We tried to contacting ****************** to address his concern, but we were unable to reach him. For background, we are an insurance agency that helps consumers with their life, health and ******** insurance needs. Our agents only call people who fill out an insurance information request form on our website. When one of our agents reach **. ******* they were told they had called the wrong number. Since then, the number was added to our internal do-not-call list and ****************** will never receive a call from on of our agents again. We believe ********************** concern has been addressed.

    I receive multiple calls from this company or their representative per-day. I have asked the callers to please stop calling me on many occasions but; to no avail. I have tried to block the calls, but; they spoof their phone numbers and continue to get through. This is becoming quit a nuisance and I am hoping that this complaint will stop the continual harassment that I am experiencing from Mayberry Advisors. Don’t let them justify their actions by claiming that they don’t make calls. Even though they may out-source that work to another company; that company is their representative in the harassment that is dealt out to undoubtedly many victims of their spam and possible scam. I believe that harassment is part of this company’s business model, to prey upon elderly people. Surely this is illegal; please advise me if there may be opportunities to join a class action suite. I would like to help.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    We are an insurance agency, and we only call people who completed an online insurance quote request. ************************ was added to our internal do-not-call list on 3/20/23, and we have not called him since then. ************************ completed an insurance quote request giving our company permission to contact him. One of our agents called and spoke to him on 3/20/23, and he said he was not interested and asked us not to call him again. He was immediately put on our internal-do-not call list and he will never be contacted by our company again.

    Constant  harrassing phone calls ************. 3/1/2023 at 2pm cst I had it. **** had the nerve to tell me calls were being recorded. Well **** bet not call me again or anyone from Mayberry Advisors. Can you do something about that BBB?

    Hi, Our customer service representative added **. ***** to our do not call list immediately after he spoke with **. ****** We have not called him since that time. Additionally, we only call people who fill out a form and request to be called to discuss their ******** insurance options. We believe this matter has been resolved and **. ***** will never receive a call from our company again.

    This company keeps calling me daily trying to get personal information saying they're with ************************ say they are recording the conversation.... This concerns me due to my information & others being used either against us or for reasons that have nothing to do with health insurance or ******** please make these people stop ... I think they may be trying to take advantage of people who might not know that ******** or ******** doesn't call people... People who are on ******** or ******** have to apply for benefits not get signed up over the phone through their health providers or through Social services

    We attempted to reach ************ to address her concern; however, we were unable to reach her. We called ************ on 1/17/23 because she had filled out an online form requesting information on supplemental ******** options. Our employee clearly stated she was calling from Mayberry Advisors regarding *************** request and not ********. ************ stated she was no longer interested and asked not to be called again. Our employee added her to our do-not-call list and she has not been called by us since then. If ************ is receiving additional phone calls, they are not from our company. We believe this matter has been resolved. Thank you

    They keep calling even though I told them I am not interested!

    We are in receipt of the complaint from ****************. **************** had requested a quote for insurance and our agency called him to provide him with the information he had requested. Upon learning he did not want to be called again, we added ******************'s phone number to our internal do-not-call list and he will not receive a call from us again.
