This business has been calling me from multiple different numbers and area codes asking for someone I've never heard of that is not associated with my phone number in any way. On the 21st of this month alone they called me five times back to back. I have repeatedly told them the person they are calling is not at my number and to place me on the do not call list. I have archived and recorded each and every instance where they have initiated contact. This has been going on for almost a year. I feel harassed at this point. Their auto dialer keeps spam calling my business number at least 25 calls a day. Every time I try and talk to the **** calling to speak with someone higher to get my business line removed they just hang up on me. I will take this to court if this doesn't stop.Business Response

I have been getting almost 17+ phone calls per day, on Business Days, from ******** Advisors. When I pick-up, they ask for my brother, and I tell them they have the wrong information and to remove me from their calling list. However, they keep calling me several times a day and it is at a point where I feel harassed and do not know how to get it to stop.Business Response

We spoke with Mr. ******* only one time, two days after he completed a request for insurance information on our website. When we spoke to him, he claimed to be his brother at the beginning of the call and then shortly after the call began, he asked us not to call him again. He was immediately placed on our do not call list. We have not called him again. The 17+ calls per day Mr. ******* has been getting are not from our company. We keep logs of all calls and record all conversations. We are sorry to hear he is getting an excessive number of phone calls but they are not from us.

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because of the false narrative in the company's response.
I am rejecting the company's response due to the false narrative in their response. They had been calling me multiple times asking for "***** *******." When I would respond and say it is NOT ***** they would hang up the phone. They would then continue to call me asking for "*****." The last time I spoke with them, I did say I was "*****" so they would continue with the call so I could figure out who the people were that kept harassing me with phone calls. I was not "pretending to be my brother" as they so falsely reported. I needed to figure out who the company was and put a stop to the non-stop phone calls. The phone calls have stopped completely since I reported the issue to BBB. Secondly, I never filled-out an "online request" as they so falsely reported. There is something shady happening here and this organization is buying data from fraudulent sources or something. I believe this company should be investigated further and will be sending a report to the Attorney General. Lastly, their response lacked tact and responsibility for the harm they have caused me.

Approximately one and a half to two months ago, I started to receive any where from 6 to 15 calls per day from ******** Advisors. Some calls as early as 6:45am. I explained to one person I'm quite happy with my current insurance broker and my insurance plan. I thought that would be the end of these calls. Unfortunately, they have increased and are even using the same 419 area code that my number has, so it looks like I have a call from a friend in ****. I live in ******* (928 prefix). If there is/was a law against this type of harassment, I'd be the first to file a legal charge against ******** Advisors. I do have some screen shots of the amount of asinine calls that I receive. I have attached just two screen shots of the amount of calls I receive daily from ********.Business Response

To Whom It May ***************** disagree with ********************** allegations. We contacted ****************** on 5/15 regarding an insurance inquiry and when he stated he was not interested and did not want to be called, he was placed on our company's internal do not cal list. We never contacted ****************** at 6:45am nor have we called him the number of times he stated in his complaint. We suspect he is getting calls from other companies, and he is attributing them to us which is not correct. Nevertheless, ****************** will never receive a phone call on his number from our company again.
