      On July 14, 2025, I contacted ASAP Site Services to schedule a new service drop off for a portable toilet for July 16, 2025. I specifically informed them that any delivery must be done between the days and hours of M-F 7am to 5pm, as the gate for the construction site is closed outside these times. On July 17, I contacted them to inquire why the toilet was not delivered. They informed me that it was not scheduled until July 23. On July 24, we contacted ASAP Site Services again to ask why the toilet was not delivered and was told the delivery was refused. They tried to deliver the toilet outside of the M-F 7am to 5pm window. Again, we set up a delivery date for July 27, but the toilet was not delivered. It was finally delivered on July 29. On the same day, we were charged $635.70 for the drop off, use, and service of the toilet. Since the drop off date of July 29, the toilet has not been serviced. After being informed that the toilet is full, and an environmental hazard, I might add, and it has never been serviced, I contacted ASAP Site Services on August 17 to inform them they have a full toilet that has not been serviced. They put in a ticket to have someone call me and dispatch someone to come service the toilet. I never heard from anyone. On August 18, I contacted them again trying to speak to someone who could help me with getting the toilet serviced and a refund for the money paid to have the toilet serviced. It is now August 19, I contacted them again after no phone call back, I cancelled the service and was told I would get an email confirmation with proof of cancellation, which I have yet to receive. I was charged for another month's service for $537.30 on August 18 and need a full refund.

      On 6/23/25, I used ASAP for my wedding on 8/2/25. On 7/23/25, I received a text from the operator who handles dispatch in my local area of *********, **, stating that the company they had hired to complete the task had canceled their services with ASAP, and my money would be refunded to me. When I was given the voided transaction receipt for the refund, I noticed the billing address was incorrect, everything else was correct.I corrected the operator who was helping me with the initial voided transaction and informed him of the correct billing address, but I didn't get a confirmation that the correct billing address was seen. On 7/30/25, I called ASAP to figure out what's going on with the refund. Here, I was given another voided transaction to refund my money and was told 4-7 business days. I didn't think much of it then, since I was preoccupied with a wedding. On 8/12/25, I called ASAP again and asked about the status of my refund since I it had been 8 business days from the most recent voided transaction on 7/30/25. I was told to contact their special service team at a different number. I had called that number multiple times and was met with an immediate automated message that they were busy, so I left a message initially. Then I called the regular customer support number 2 hours later and explained the situation. This person allegedly copied down my concerns and sent it off to someone. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told, "We don't do that". Then, I got in contact with the initial operator from July 23rd and informed him of the correct billing address. He sent my information off to someone. When asked to talk to someone higher, I'm left with "someone will call me," and when pressed, he has someone call me, but I happened to be away from my phone, and now no one is responding to my inquiries. I'm concerned they are dodging my attempts to reach out. I have no way of knowing what's going on and if they're processing my refund.

      This company is a scam, I needed a porto potty rental for an airport job. So i ******d porto potty rentals and this place popped up. They told me a price for same day delivery vs next day ext. i chose same day. Paid the expidited fees. It didnt come till the following day. I tried calling muliple times and you are only allowed to leave tickets with no call back because it is a call center. I have left multiple tickets and nothing happens. I was promised weekly cleanings snd we are on day 11 with no cleaning! This company is a fraud. I also read on other reviews that they dont pick it up on time for weeks and just keep charging you. This us a literal nightmare. They also have their site where you cant leave a ****** review.
