I have been receiving constant spam texts and calls from this company wanting me to "settle" a credit card debt for a credit card I NEVER had.

Talk about unprofessional CRAZY RETALIATING CRIMINAL DISHONEST STAFF HERE. I called to make a payment with the assigned representative who intentionally didn't tell me they already deducted the $*** from my account. I told her l am facing financial hardship so l can pay only $**. She went on to accept my payment without informing me payment was already deducted.The only reason why l found out a payment was already deducted is l received alert from my bank. I called her back and she started arguing with me stating l approved two payments. This representative knew exactly what she was doing.VERY DECEITFUL I SAY. I reported her to her manager who was just as unprofessional as she was. I called back to file a complaint with someone else. Suddenly after my complaint started receiving harassing calls from this company hanging up. Then strangely l received a crazy strange harassing voicemail message from staff member stating she's working overtime and she's calling from the Department of Illinois regarding a redetermination of my case. When l could see on my caller I.D. it was Spring Oaks Capital calling again playing foolish ILLEGAL GAMES AGAIN

Spam/scamming me with texts and phone calls indicating I owe them ****** and can settle early at this price point. I called the number given, never have done business with the "client" nor have I ever heard of that person/entity.
I did give at least 2 stars as when I called, I was promised my name and number is now off this targetting list.Spring Oaks Capital, LLC

I'm having the same experience as so many others. They text and call but have no idea who I am. They seem to think I'm my phone number. They might be calling also, but if I don't answer unrecognized numbers. In a just world they would be shut down.Spring Oaks Capital, LLC

Call you over 5 times a day and don't leave voicemails, they text you and change their numbers when texting or calling. Harassment at its finest!!! This company is a complete JOKESpring Oaks Capital, LLC

Had never heard of this company. They started calling out of the blue, multiple times a day between 7am and 11pm. They never leave a message. I spoke with someone once and they gave me my maiden name (which I haven't used since 2001) and asked me to confirm my birthdate and last four of my social before they would tell me what they were calling for. I told the lady I wasn't giving anyone that info over the phone and if they had some business with me to send me a letter in the mail. They stepped up their calls to 10-15 times a week. Now I just hit the answer button and hang up. Have reported them to my states **, here to the ***, and the ****Spring Oaks Capital, LLC

Looks like alot of people are having the same problems with SPRING OAKS CAPITAL as I'm having they text me and say the text was dealing with a credit card I opened with this particular bank. First of all I have never heard of this credit card company or the bank. Second of all I never opened this credit card have no idea what they are talking about. Third of all the text didn't have any personal info my name was never mention no account number no date that the card was open and nothing about how much I owed on this card that I didn't open.Now they are calling me using different numbers they never leave a voice message text said they wanted me to pay some much each month until it's paid off. Calls from different numbers. Constantly report it as fraud. Nothing ever gets done. My block list is a mile long. I learned early on that any calls that come from the phone provider called onvoy is a scam and fraud.Spring Oaks Capital, LLC
