      The starting point is that Looneys LLC doesnt have a ******** plumbing license. I was not informed about it, and they didnt mention it until I requested this information a few days ago.I signed a bathroom renovation contract with ******** Tile and Grout in April 2023. In May 2023 they did tile installations and also installed a new shower . After the installation, the shower started to make a lot of noise. Only after almost 6 months of my requests to the top managers of Looneys LLC, they sent a plumber to my house. Eventually, the plumber changed something inside the installed shower faucet. The initial noise went away, but another noise appeared. Im again one-on-one with this noise issue. Looneys LLC doesnt even try to fix it. Top managers tried to deceive me by saying that this issue was pre existing. It is not true.A couple of weeks ago one of their plumbers said that he wants to change the house original pipe configuration. He wanted to cut water hammers that were installed by the builders of the house 25 years ago. I didn't refuse. Since this old pipe configuration had worked without any problems for the past 25 years, I asked to document the changes and add his or ************ license number to the document. After my request, the plumber just grabbed his stuff and ran away.Right after this incident, the owners of ******** LLC said that they refuse to sign such documents. When I asked them what else we could do they tried to provoke scandal just to tell me that they stopped any professional support.
