If you aremaking the payment by credit card then please call their main office oneday before the service at 1(855)Ash Maids or 1(855)274-6243.
The maidsare instructed not to begin cleaning unless payment is made.If you require move out cleaning services, then you can either pay bycredit card or by cash.
If you wish to cancel a scheduled cleaningappointment, you must call at least 24 hours priorto the service time. If you do not do so, you will be charged a fee of$35.
Thre will be a $25 fee for any returned check and $35 fee if the maids do not get access to your house for a cleaning appointment.
AshMaids will return the next day to re-clean any area that is unsatisfactory, if you inform them within 24 hours.
