    They did not have their plumbing permit posted on site. When the localitys inspector asked about this, the *******/owner used threatening, homophobic and racist language. They proceeded to verbally abuse staff over the phone.

    Dear BBB,This review is absolutely ******* has a phony customer name, a fake homeowners name, and a bogus email address.Whoever posted this review is trying to mess up our company's reputation.We would like to know who owns this email to sue them.We just contacted our customer, who is very happy with our service.The actual customers name is ******* *******, the owner, not the fake name submitted.The actual email address of the homeowner is ******************** not the fake email address submitted.Someone saw our service van parked at this address and, based on that, fabricated this fake review.We urgently request the removal of this fake review immediately.
