    Shoes are falling apart first day cost 196 dollars to much for shoes to fall apart

    Thank you for sharing this with ***'m so sorry to hear that the shoes fell apart on the first day. That should absolutely not be happening, especially on the first day, and I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, especially given the investment.We truly appreciate your support, and I want to reassure you that this isnt the quality we stand behind. We do have a warranty that covers defects within 6 months, and wed be more than happy to make this right. I see that you were already able to process a return and receive a refund, but Im also reaching out to you privately via email to help find a resolution.     I liked the initial run of shoes and own six pair. But the insoles wear down very quickly and their support is terrible - only email and all run by AI. They dont sell the insoles, offered me one replacement pair for six pair of shoes and then said my size was out of stock so told me they wouldnt be sending anything- to check back in a free months. all in the same email!! No loyalty to the customer that they are asking to be loyal to their brand. Im done.

As a loyal customer with six pairs of our shoes, your trust means a great deal to us, and I regret that this situation has caused frustration.I want to clarify that the GURU who assisted you, is a real person, not AI. Our GURU genuinely wanted to help and provide the best solution available at the time and I'm so sorry for any confusion during that interaction. While its true that were currently out of stock in insoles, Im happy to share that we expect them to be back in stock by early March. At that time, wed be more than happy to send replacement insoles for all six pairs of your shoes. Please note that while the interaction with our GURU was a little vague, we do not charge for insoles, and we are happy to replace them any time you need as long as they are in stock, and we send them for free. Ill also be reaching out to you via email to personally assist in resolving this matter and ensure that your concerns are addressed to your satisfaction.We truly value your loyalty to KURU, and your feedback is vital as we continue to improve.     uru shoes are the worst. My doctor told me they are horrible shoes for my knees. The shoes made me walk wobbly and now I have knee pains like NEVER before. Get ON shoes. They are 1000% better. ***, I told them what happened and they stand behind their product and give me a refund on the shoes that damaged my knees. Total jerks too

    The shoes are wholly uncomfortable. I've tried emailing their company only to be told that ****** can't find the email address. It apparently doesn't exist even though it's still listed on their webpage and in their returns section. I also tried a webpage contact message, however, have not heard back after several days. I've tried calling twice with no response. Clearly they're trying to ensure customers can't return items within the ****** trial period. I'll never order again, especially considering they were like 250 bucks or something. RIDICULOUS. I've worn more comfortable shoes that cost HALF that much.

    This company is terrible. Bought shoes from them and they sat for a while. Just used them on occasion because i mostly wore work boots. Started walking in them recently to get exercise, and the heel area on the inside of the shoes fell apart really quick. These shoes almost look new on the outside and still have lots of tread on the sole. **** did nothing about it. Shoes are junk. Most if not all the shoes ive ever owned have had the tread completely gone before they started falling apart and thats years of wearing them daily.

    I am so sorry that your shoes are coming apart. I understand that is very frustrating. I do appreciate you giving our shoes a shot and reaching out to us with your experience and feedback. While we do have a warranty policy that covers defects like the one you are experiencing for six months, your shoes were purchased in September of 2023. The warranty timeframe was over in March and it is now June, so your shoes are outside of this warranty timeframe and we cannot approve your warranty. Most of our customers who do wear their shoes daily typically report getting up to two years wear out of their shoes without problems. Of course problems can arise and the sooner we know about it, the more likely we will be able to resolve those problems.     Quality has taken a nosedive The first pair of Kinetics were great, loved them , even ordered a pair of hiking boots too. Second pair not so much, seems to be a defect in the way the tongue is attached, I have to pad the top of my foot to wear them. Seems to be lower quality of material and workmanship than the first pair. BTW they are $175 not cheap. Emailed them almost 3 weeks ago and have not yet gotten a reply. I reached them by phone today, told me I have to send them back before they send me a new pair, what am I supposed to wear in the meantime. Terrible customer service

    *******, I am so sorry that your shoes seem to have a strange defect with the tongue. I understand that is uncomfortable and very frustrating. I appreciate you giving them a shot and reaching out to us for help. I actually already responded to your email back on Friday with the following information. Please check your inbox so that we can resolve that and get your shoes taken care of. We can absolutely file a warranty claim for you, if you prefer, which would mean you can keep these shoes, and we will send a replacement. However, we can only do one warranty per paid order. So if you were to find that in 5 months the sole started to peel or the seams came apart, we wouldn't be able to replace the shoes again. By sending the shoes back to us, you have a warranty intact to use later if there became another defect. As you reached out to us when you were still within 45 days, I would suggest the exchange rather than the replacement and I'm happy to honor that. Please consider these options and let me know if you'd like me to process your exchange for you and have you send these back for a new pair without the defect, OR if you would prefer for me to process a warranty for you. You can reply to the email I sent you, OR you can send photos of the problem to us at ********************************** and I'll submit the warranty for you.

In reviewing your account I see your calls were made at 6:17 am, 6:18 am, 6: 18 am, 6:20, and 7:14 am. *** were able to get through to us at 7:14, and your order was successfully canceled. The reason that you were not able to get through to us until that last call was because our office opens at 7 am Utah time. We were closed during the times you were trying to call. I'm very happy you were able to get a hold of a guru and that your order was successfully canceled. Our hours are 7am to 6pm Utah time (Mountain Standard Time) Monday- Friday.     I am so sorry that the stitching has come apart on two pairs of your shoes. I understand that is so frustrating. I appreciate you giving our shoes a shot and reaching out to us with your feedback! While we do have a warranty policy which covers manufacturer defects in shoes (such as the stitching coming undone) for 6 months, I see that your orders were placed in March of 2022, which was over 2 years ago, and October 2021, which was 2.5 years ago. Your shoes are well outside of our warranty timeframe and they do not qualify for the warranty policy. You can see our full warranty policy here: ********************************************************************** Experts do recommend replacing shoes of any style or brand after ******* miles worth of wear. For the average person wearing shoes on a regular basis, this is an average of 1 year timeframe. For people who wear their shoes every day and walk many miles per day, or wear your shoes in difficult, uneven, or rough terrain, the shoes may wear more quickly. As you've had your shoes for over 2 years each, it sounds like you've gotten a really great run from them, and it may just be time for a new pair. As a courtesy, we have added an extra ***** worth of KURU Cash to your account to use as a discount toward your new pair. We do hope you come and choose a new pair of shoes!     Ordered a pair of shoes waited one month no reply could not get people to answer the phone and finally did after a 40 minute wait. She were on back order. No one would reply to my emails with the legitimate answer of why I did not get them Ive been in customer service for 44 years and this is a Sarius customer service that you will find. Do not buy from this company because if they dont have your size, they will not give your money back to you. Finally wake them out.

    They gave a $6.00 refund for the ***** label. I could not get my foot into the shoes. I call and complain to the lady that was help me.But when they got my shoes back they charged me $12.00. should have $1850.50 for my order minus $6.00 for the return label for a total of $179.50. But to justified them self the charged me for $6.00 refund they gave and I only got $173.50. they told me I add the $6.00 refund to my $173.50 I would have $179.50.But no one their could tell me where was my $6.00 refund if you charged me back
