              On 10/15/2021 All purpose heating and air quoted me a remove and replace 1 ****** btu ******* furnace unit for the total price of $2700 with a 10 year parts, 5 years labor. After careful consideration my wife **** and I have decided to allow them to do the job. About 3 weeks ago, the furnace started to backfire and a technician came out to resolve the issues. At the time he wasnt able to fix the problem due to a part (cpu/main switchboard) has failed. My (live in) daughter was informed that the company will send in for a part replacement order immediately. Since then they have not responded to our emails, calls, or updates as to whats really going on! Their excuses was the part is on back order and it may take time for delivery due to Covid restrictions! In the meantime, 2 babies along with their Parents live in the household and they have been of the informed of this situation. There has been no real heat in the house. Currently we have setup electric heaters to keep warm but it isnt sufficient for warmth! They are aware of the situation, their reply hasnt been satisfactory! I am extremely disappointed with their services and their business behavior toward the matter! It seems likely they (office) are avoiding our calls emails! I dont know what else to do! Please help us resolve this seriously unsafe situation? Our heating **** has skyrocketed due to the furnace malfunctioning!

              I would leave 0 stars if I could. From the beginning back in 2020 I was lied to. The ol bait and switch. Ordered a 1&1/2 ton they brought a 1 ton. Sales guy lied said he changed the order because a one ton would work better. Except the guy didnt bother to tell me and refund the difference in price until I demanded it. I also purchased a 10 year warranty with the promise of great customer service. Every year, at no cost to me, they would come out before the summer season and make sure all was running properly. No one last year and this year they now want to charge $170. My advice to anyone looking for an air conditioner stay away from this company. BE ADVISED
