- I do not have a set refund or exchange policy because I do not sell a physical product. Generally, wedding dates do not change, therefore, "exchanging" for a different date is not an issue. If a couple cancels their engagement/wedding plans well in advance of the date, I may be inclined to refund their deposit as a professional courtesy.
