About This Business

We provide gait analysis and running form education to help runners improve their form for injury recovery/prevention and performance.
We offer online running form courses, online video analysis, and online running form coaching globally. We also offer in-person gait analysis and running form coaching in Salt Lake City, Utah.
We help runners with distances from 800m to 3100 miles (the world's longest race). Our clients range from absolute beginners to Olympians, and we also help triathletes, hikers, and people who run in other sports or for work, including military and first responders.
