I purchased keto trim one bottle. I ended up getting five and they charged me $199 and add it on a detox pill which I never asked for and charge me $40 or so. Now I am getting an automatic five bottles for $199. I have no way of getting a hold of these people. Im not sure what to do. This company is incorrigible.

I placed an order with trim life keto purchasing three bottles with two for free and was charged like $269 with a surprise add-on bottle of something the issue I'm having with it is that there's no contact phone number to get a hold of them. They say on the order after you process you order please if you do not receive an email call this number immediately so I called the number to no avail. There wasn't even an option to leave a message. They called me back a few days later maybe one or two days I can't recall and verified with me that yes it was a legitimate purchase sign and they tried to make some apologies when I tried to call them again cuz I still haven't received my package the phone number that they called me from from previously went to a *** hotline phone number so I called my credit card company to report it and so far I've gotten nowhere they did take the money off my card I'm very disappointed in their service I would never recommend them to anybody it's the most ridiculous customer service I've ever experienced and I haven't received my product yet.Zero Stars absolutely nothing

I, too, was taken by the add on ******** for Keto Trim (one free bottle). Ordered the set of five which was supposed to be $49.68. As soon as I clicked to fulfill the order, the next page shows that the order was charged for $199.99!!!!! Now reading the other reviews regarding this, I was taken as well.I contacted my credit card company to stop payment but they already put it through in about two minutes time!!!!!! She told me that I would have to wait for a couple of days until the payment was processed. Well, I am not paying $199.99 for something that I did not order. Of course there is not a phone number to call - imagine that.Please help! $200 is alot of money!zero starts

I purchased Get Trim Life and tried it for the 30 days with no results. Upon filing for my 100% money back guarantee my end result was they ended refunding all but $69.99 for the 30 day supply used. I tried to explain to them that is not what 100% money back guarantee meaning and then the representative started saying you used the product and we have a restocking fee which made no sense because restocking fee is no where mentioned in their advertisement and my first call for my return was I was told that I going to receive the full refund and was told exact amount to expect. Beware of this company, product does not perform as advertised and they DO NOT GIVE 100% full refund.

I want to thank everybody for the reviews that I have just read I was thinking about also going to get **** trim and I hope you'll get your money back thank you so much I had to do research first and yes I was leaning towards that's so badly I really appreciate all your reviews God be with you all

This company is a TOTAL RIPOFF and runs TOTALLY MISLEADING ADVERTISING on ********* I am one who normally does not click on ads but this one claimed was an investment that all of the participants of Shark Tank had invested and endorsed it so I thought it should be a good thing if they put millions in it and I need to lose a few pounds and figured for $39.95 as advertised it would be a risk but not a horrible one so I clicked send 1 bottle. I looked at my bank statement a few days later and I was charged two separate charges the first being $53.99 I think to see if the money really there and then $213.99. I hit the ceiling as I am on a fixed income and called the company customer service immediately. I spoke to one girl that immediately offered me a 50% discount and I said a resounding NO and requested a supervisor after a bit of haggling I formally demanded to speak to a supervisor and finally was turned over to a man who said his name was ********************* who was a supervisor in the customer service company who finally and gave me a return merchandise agreement number to get in line to get my money back in full. that ********************************* is the owner and ***************************** , is the registered agent in *****,** had hired them to handle complaints as I now see they have had plenty and I should have checked them out . This site and the ** Secretary of ******' office list the above and their office in ***** *******. They also own ********** CBD in case you were inclined to try that.. I see how the refunds have given take forever if given at all so I have notified the ************** of my bank and applied to get full refund of the monies, I believe this will be a lot faster thamn their refund process.

I placed an order online on 02/07/2022 for a one-time purchase of ************* keto pills for weight loss for a total of $199. I was offered other products for an additional charge of $49.99 which I declined. When I see the pending charges on my credit card there is the original charge of $199 (which I still can't figure out how it got that high from what they showed...I think they use new math) anyway I'm not disputing that but just blame it on another poor decision made in the early morning hours with my credit card in hand. Then there is a second charge to my account which occurred a whole one minute after the first for a total of...wait for it $49.99! This was never authorized. The company shows on the invoice the two charges so it appears like I approved this but unfortunately I didn't see this until after looking at my cc account online. After reading all-too-familiar reviews here at BBB regarding this company, I made the decision to close the cc account which of course is a nuisance but it will prevent this shady type of business from any future charges to me. As for getting any of the other money back I may just have to chalk that up to a hard ****** learned as it appears others here have not been very successful with this company.

Hey there! This is very clearly a scam. Two words on how to fix it: Charge Back. I saw Their ads on ******** and was reading through all the shark tank stuff and immediately knew they were liars. The photos they posted are from a different product entirely. When you ****** it every blogger review or website that comes up has AD in fine print somewhere. There are zero genuine reviews, just Ads cleverly disguised as reviews. If youve fallen for this scam call your credit card company or bank (number on back of the card you used) today. Explain to them that you were scammed. They will do a charge back. Its where they take back the money they paid these scammers and put it back in your account. These people make a living off of people not understanding their charge back rights, which were initially granted by congress to protect Americans from this type of stuff.

Total scam! False advertising on the cost vs what they said you were buying. No contact information for the Trim life labs it says that you have to contact for a refund. Terrible service and I dont want the product at all now !!!!

I made a purchase (regrettably) for $49.95 from Get Trim Life. They immediately charged my account an additional $199.99. Fortunately my card company caught the possible fraud, but being a debit card it had already gone through. If you do a search for these scammers on ******* you will find they have discuised themselves under different web addresses that attempt to refute any claims of fraud against them by posting all kinds of nice things about the company. Total fraud. We have reported them to our state fraud protection office, but the scammers are not in the U.S.Please get the word out to as many people as possible.
