    "We had a very serious problem with this contractor, who was hired by our neighbor to do a liner/insert to restore her again sewer system, kind of like a "pipe within a pipe." In the course of doing that job, All Star failed to identify that this neighbor's sewer line joined the line from my home where they enter the street, and they ran the liner right over our inlet to the line, thereby cutting us off fully from the city sewer." ...
