              Only a few months old, and will not cool , got stood up on their phone call, seem tech support is __0__ 2 guys say 2 different things, we owe many 1000s of dollars for something that we are getting no where on getting it fixed .

              Harvest Right freeze dryer is awesome , my husband purchased one , I didnt think it was something Id be interested in but hes had it 3 ********** cant wait to try freeze drying new things. I love it . Definitely would recommend one .

              The harvest right freeze dryer is amazing. We have loved it since the first day of having it. The pump does get hot but that is normal. (I had to call and see if it was) I would recommend this freeze dryer to everyone.

              We love our freezer dryer. Every time we go backpacking and I eat our delicious lentil soup or freeze dried fruit, I am SO GLAD that I can make and eat what I want. It's super easy to use and brings great peace of mind that some portion of our food storage has such a long shelf life.I would not in the other hand recommended the standard pump. It is a major hassle to deal with filtering three oil. We've had our pump for 3+ years and we're already looking to replace it. Total bummer.

              I purchased a large harvest right freeze dryer in Sept 2023 from Good2goco. After months of being jerked around I received a refund through my banking institution in Feb 2024.I contacted your office in **** and expressed my frustration. ******* informed me that you had received numerous complaints from other customers at Good2goco yet you were still allowing them yo represent your product. To any common sense person this reeks complicity. I felt that I had been scammed by both companies. It seems that it is hit or miss if any of your customers receive the freeze dryer and then if it is actually in good working condition. So disappointed with both companies. It's a sad day and age when retailers work overtime to rip their customers off.

              I love the freeze dryer! I love freeze drying food, its exciting and it brings a level of comfort to know that we have long term food storage in case of need!

              I fully regret giving Harvest Right my hard earned money. I have NEVER been more disappointed with a company in my life! I purchased a medium freeze dryer with the oil-less pump in March 2023 and it was delivered in April. It came with a scratch on the door from Harvest Right, but you only have 15 minutes with the ***** driver to unpack AND fully examine everything. The machine should have been in pristine condition for a new machine. The machine was impressive until it officially broke down in September. I've only gotten 5 months of use out of it! The pump went back first. Problem wasn't solved. The freeze dryer went back next. The freeze dry needs to go back on a pallet, which you need to find. It was sent back on a sturdy pallet to them, their directions for packaging followed perfectly. It clearly arrived in the same condition I sent it to them in bc I never heard otherwise.I got my freeze dryer back from them this week (2/19/2024) DAMAGED! It has a crease on the front panel! They way the packaged it for return to me was negligent! The pallet was too small and broken, banding was missing from holding it in place, and reinforcement edge was missing! My machine was BRAND NEW and now it's a scratch and dent! I also have yet to confirm if they even fixed the actual machine so that I can use it again! The machine needs to go back to them in order to get the panel replaced, or I live with it.Harvest Right will claim that they're working on a resolution, but they only have their goals in mind. Once they have your money, it's their world and you're STUCK in it. (Can't wait to see what happens once the warranty is officially expired!)Keep in mind that those on social media promoting the machine are compensated and have followers, so Harvest Right needs to keep them happy.I have zero faith in ************************** machine at this point. It cost me $5,000 for 5 months of use & the headaches and disappointments continue on. Horrible.

When you purchased your freeze dryer, an email was sent to your attention regarding how you should inspect your freeze dryer. A reminder email was also sent when the unit shipped to your attention and stickers and warnings were attached to the box to make sure you completed an inspection. We are so sorry that you had a minor scratch on your door and Harvest Right in good faith gave you complementary accessories for your troubles. ***** has claimed responsibility for the recent damage and Harvest Right will make the necessary repair at no charge. We are sorry that this has been such a negative experience for you. Harvest Right has over ******* customers and the vast majority never have any issues. We value each customer and want them to be treated as if they are our only customer. We are not perfect and sometimes things fall through the cracks. We have over 125 dedicated support professionals that work every day of the week to ensure our customers feel valued and supported. We are grateful for your business and want you to feel valued. Harvest Right will do all we can to make you satisfied. Your freeze dryer has been authorized for return for a panel replacement. The repair will be fast tracked and returned to you right away. Again, we are sorry for your disappointment and will continue to work with you to get all of your issues resolved.
