      I purchased a bedframe from Overstock. After scheduling a delivery date with Ceva, on two unscheduled occasions, they tried to deliver the bedframe. Luckily, we have cameras at the property and we stopped the unscheduled deliveries. When the bedframe was finally delivered after waiting three weeks, the shipping boxes were completely damaged and the bedframe was severely damaged as well. Following the return policy, I contacted Overstock, requested a return, and have been four days now! I showed proof of damage and followed their return policy, what is going on?? Plan to wait a few more days and then I am disputing the charges, since they're preventing a return and it illegal to do so when their own policy states otherwise. I will NEVER purchase from Overstock ever again.

      SCAM Company Avoid at All Costs!I ordered a king-size bed frame from Bed ***************************** and paid over $400, but they sent me a queen instead. The mistake was bad enough, but the ***************************** service experience has been an absolute nightmare.The frame weighs over 200 lbs, and the original box arrived damaged during shippingso I asked how they expect me to return something thats already been compromised and is nearly impossible to repackage. Every time I bring this up on the phone or live chat, they either disconnect or hang up on meno explanation, no resolution, just ghosted.This has been going on for over 3 months, with no alternative offered and no refund issued. Since their bankruptcy and buyout, its clear that the company is not the samecompletely untrustworthy and possibly operating as a scam at this point.Do NOT buy from Bed *****************************. Theyll take your money, ship you the wrong item, and then refuse to deal with their own mess. Absolutely infuriating.

      Bought a dresser from this company online. Showed up broken and completely cracked. Cannot get ahold of anyone to return it this item was 230$ and cannot get anyone to answer about refund or to replace product.

      Never purchased anything from this company. Their return policy is terrible, it seems one can not ever receive a cash refund. I had a decision from higher up management to refund me directly to my personal debit card. They refused to do that, instead they refunded to a worthless virtual **** card that's only works if you purchase their products. In other words once you purchase using cash you are tied into purchasing from their company if there is a return or other problem. If they do not have anything else you want, you loose. Also if you do purchase anything else the purchase amount needs to be an exact match or less to the money returned to you by way of their virtual **** card they issued. You can not purchase a product of greater value using that card, because can not add funds to the purchase.Most Horrific customer satisfaction and service I have ever dealt with. 99 % of the ***************************** service agents are not knowledgeable enough to help you, it seems they are just trained to know how to cheap you.

      ***************************** service is atrocious, wait times are up to 3.5 hours long and when you do actually stay on hold the wait times just keep increasing and no one ever answers the phone. I've been dealing with a return for over 2 weeks. I've currently been on hold for the 5th straight day, this time I'm told the wait time is 28 minutes, currently on hold over an hour.DO NOT BUY FORM THEM AT ALL!!

      I ordered curtains online. The colors did not match the description. It took me days to find how to reach ***************************** service and speak to someone. My call was outsourced to another country. I returned the curtains in brand new condition and in the original packing per their instructions. They received them and kept my money. I will never do business with them again.

      ***************************** Service is a joke. I purchased a furniture 2 piece set and it was not what I ordered. They owe me a credit and they asked for my bank information. Potential fraud. I asked them to return credit to the original form of payment and still waiting. Be careful.

      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally dispute the handling of a recent order placed through Bed ***************************** (now operated by Beyond, Inc. via Overstock). I purchased the Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow (Item #********) for approximately $100, expecting the product to reflect its premium price and description. However, upon receipt and use, I found the pillow to be excessively flat, uncomfortable, and lacking the promised support to the extent that it caused neck pain. In my opinion, the product was not as advertised, and its comfort claims were misleading.Upon initiating a return, I was informed that I would be charged $20 for return shipping despite the fact that the item is being returned in good condition to a nearby location. I was also told I may face additional charges for not having the original box, which was not clearly stated during the purchasing process. These policies feel both excessive and punitive, especially for a product that failed to meet basic quality expectations.Details:Product: Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow Item #: ******** Order placed through: Bed ***************************** / Overstock (Beyond, Inc.)Reason for return: Extremely flat; causes discomfort and neck pain Issue: Unfair $20 shipping fee and lack of transparency about packaging charges I request the following:1.       I have purchased a number of items from this website and did not realize what an unfair return policy they had. ***************************** care can be reached by phone which takes a very long time to connect with a human, by text which takes even longer and/or just online. I've lost over $100 with the return of three items which I didn't even open. They require a ridiculous amount of information for reasons to return and talking to customer service is very difficult.I recently spent over 40 minutes talking to customer care about an item I returned using their shipping label and asking for a full refund. Despite having a long conversation and explaining over and over again my reasons for a return, I was told that I would not be receiving a full refund. So the company gets their inventory back and I'm out the money for a shipping label which I thought they were sending me so I can return the item.
