    If I order something and it has a "Lifetime Warranty" on it that entails that is should last and that I should not HAVE to replace the item because it breaks right? And if it does break it should be a FREE replacement due to the fact that it did not uphold what was advertised right? Am I wrong in thinking this? Now let me explain why. I ordered silicone promise rings for my now fiance and I at the beginning of this year. These rings were through a site called Enso Rings which advertised a "Lifetime Warranty" and that all you need to pay for is the shipping cost. Which I thought was amazing so I dumped the money on what was a $32 SILICONE ring. Now fast forward to now and his ring has worn down, lost texture, and even ripped. All three things that said the warranty would cover FULLY. Now since then the price of the EXACT ring I got him has gone up, it is now a $45 SILICONE ring, a piece of plastic if you will. Now I had no problem with paying for shipping and handling because it was only $6 for standard shipping and I didn't see that as a big deal. But NO they also want the buyer to PAY FOR THE PRICE DIFFERENCE OF THEN VS NOW! So what should be roughly a MAX $7-$8 purchase is $20.31!!! What kind of bull is this!? They discounted it by removing how much I had paid for the first ring, but still want me to pay the price difference THAT THEY IMPLEMENTED. I'm so annoyed right now and can't help but be upset about this. I wasn't the one that decided the price should be updated. I didn't agree to that nor was it mentioned in the warranty details. This honestly kinda feels like straight up theft. And on top of it all when I bought it it had a "guaranteed to last" advertisement, the WHOLE REASON I GOT IT. News flash. It DID NOT LAST. I feel I shouldn't even be having to order a new ring but here we are. So let's add false advertising so the theft and make it a whopping two birds with one stone situation.

    It is so rare to find a company with an excellent, long lasting product, with an amazing warranty, and an exceptional customer service team. **** is that company. I first ordered from them in 2018, since then I've only had to replace the rings twice, and both times the service was unreal. The customer service **** are not just attentive and responsive but they are lighthearted and friendly and make the interactions enjoyable. The company seems to keep the same people which suggests that the behind the scenes is just as positive as the customer experience. I will support and buy from them as long as they exist! Special mention to ******** and Cait, who have both been stellar and just made my day through our interactions.

    Amazing ring designs and even better customer support. The quality and design of their rings are superb, I love the Star Wars and ****** designs. Got the couples **** and Han rings, they are so cool. Unfortunately I ordered a size too small for my wife. The team at **** was understanding and lightning quick with the reply/replacement. I am blown away by the great support. I would highly recommend Enso rings to a friend, and I definitely plan on ordering some more rings in the future.     When our first ring was damaged they quickly ***laced it for free. The customer service was top notch! Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced. And I work in customer service. They taught me how to be better at my job and how to handle customers. They went WAY above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were extremely quick to respond, the customer service *** that I worked with was very personable and made sure to keep up on my order and stay with me from start to finish. She didnt get annoyed with my million questions either. I LOVE my ring. I love all the different choices and I love that I have the Wonder Woman and my guy has the ******** so they coordinate perfectly, I HIGHLY recommend this ************ I told my customer service *** instead of singing ****** Swifts Paper rings I sing Silicone rings I like shiny things but if Marry you with silicone rings ug, huh thats right darling youre the one I want

    Our original shipment was lost in the mail, and we only found out 2 weeks before our wedding. Enso not only sent us our original order, but since we got our rings engraved, they also express shipped us a set of regular rings to use at the ceremony, and did not charge us for any of the extras. By far the best customer service I have experience, and I truly feel like they saved our wedding. Can't say enough positive things about my experience!

    **************** with this company is fantastic! A friend recommended Enso Rings to me after my fianc and I got engaged. Shipping was fast, the rings were affordable- which I love. But my ring wasnt the right size. They offered to exchange my ring for either the same or a new one, and told me I didnt have to worry about sending my old one back. Wonderful experience and I understand why my friend recommended them!!! She also mentioned that after 2 years of wearing, her ring is holding up pretty well. She got the warranty to have it replaced if need be and I will as well. Thank you Enso!
