My credit card account shows a transaction date of July 26, 2024 for $20.00 to PropertyRecs.com. I I did purchase anything for $20.00 from this company. This is a fraudulent charge. I called to find out why the answers they kept giving me had no basis for the reason I was trying to find out about a neighbor who is squatting illegally and is stealing our water. The address they kept refering to was an address that we have NOT owned since 1994. That's thirty years ago...and has nothing to do with our current address.Our Bank fraud people just called and want me to call them back and they say they've placed a HOLD on our account. In any case I want to make sure US REALTY does NOT charge me again...Their agents are foreign,,,I feel they are not legal.. When a report is purchased, you are offered a monthly subscription promotion that you can Accept or choose to Proceed with Basic Report.
When you select Accept (there are some terms and conditions you had to read through before agreeing that explained this) you agree to be billed for an unlimited plan we offer at $19.95 per month. If you select Proceed with Basic Report, you receive the original report without any further charges.
We do not bill based on usage, much like any other monthly subscription such as ******* or a gym. The service is rendered regardless of whether or not you turn on your tv or computer.
I understand this is frustrating but it is the cardholders responsibility to regularly check their statements. If discrepancies are found they are expected to get in contact with the company or financial institution for assistance immediately.

On or about September 14, 2023 someone used my credit card on the website US Reports Realty. I never contacted, subscribed, or requested information from this company. The day that this event occurred on I was at my dad’s funeral so the last I would be looking at is real estate especially since I was not looking to purchase or sell at home. This company has charged my credit card 19.95 for the past 7 months. Because of the low amount I did not catch the issue until this month. Because I never created an account with this company I can not log in send and email, cancel or delete.
