We are sorry to hear you feel this way. Ive searched our records and we have no record of having any communication with you. We dont buy real estate in your zip code or anywhere near your area. Its possible you have mistaken us for someone else.

We contacted this company last year and was assured the address would be removed. The person to whom the mail is addressed has been deceased for 4 years. We were assured that the name and address would be removed.Calling the number on the card goes to a voice mail box where it is full. I have tried texting but receive no response. This phone number is different from the one on their ** ad as well as what is listed on BBB records. Texting the number from the ** ad does nothing as well even though the recording assures the caller this is a faster way to receive attention. We have come to accept SPAM in our email. We shouldn't have to accept it in our home mailboxes. As I have read other comments, we are not alone with this type of complaint. We will be contacting **** to see if there is something that can be done on their end?

While contacting ** agents, I was contacted by Enlight Homebuyers. Their agent inspected my home, and when I told her what I expected, $280k, she said "Oh, that's easy!" And it was about $50 below market value. I wanted to see my daughter graduate from the Marines. She told me I wouldn't be able to if I waited for a realtor. A couple of days later, she stated, *************************** said $250k, but she "was pitching" $260. As I read through the ** Purchase Agreement (not the title), I began to ask questions and she answered them--dishonestly, apparently. What ****** said was I would be on the seller-finance for a year, then, the title would go to the owner. The company would hold it until then. She informed me that I would get the full amount at closing and would need to pay the mortgage company. I asked if it would affect my credit several times, and she repeated it would not. Then, I got an email from ********************* telling me that when everything was final, I was to leave the keys where they could pick them up, leave the premise, and I would get paid after. Clearly, that wouldn't work, since I needed the money to move. ****** said it was merely an oversight. When I wrote to *********************, within a week, I told her I was nullifying the contract. She said, "Please reach out to the agent who met with you. Thank you"Today, she sent this, "I have no authority in regards to your request. You will need to address this with ******." And when I again stated I wanted a clear record of contact, her response, "I did reach out to my manager, however, and was told that "Our contracts are valid and we are moving forward on it."Someone explain how taking a person on social security's home and dousing their credit in fuel, leaving them with nothing and nowhere to go can even be considered legal for a hot second! I even contacted Utah's "Get Gephardt!" They aren't getting my property!

I had to sell my home in about a month and had listed it on the market prior. I had a great experience with Enlight. They made a fair cash offer, I had no realtor or closing fees you usually have from selling and they purchased my home in as is condition so I didnt need to pay thousands or more to fix up my place. Would recommend working with Enlight

harassed and preyed on by this company Enlight Home Buyers under the business management and ownership of an ******************************* who has continued to mail out unsolicited advertisements to a residence who's property isn't on the buying market and is not up for sale. There should be laws in place to go after and hold accountable these individuals and their companies for the anguish, stress, and harassment of repeatedly being bombarded constantly by these type of unsolicited advertisements ! ! ! !This needs to stop ! ! ! !

I received an unsolicited mailing from this company with my name and address. I called to ask for removal from this list and to see who sold them my information. They refused to provide me with company information and to let me speak with anyone beyond a receptionist. I also didn't have confidence that they would have the ability to remove me from future mailings. I firmly believe mortgage businesses like these are predatory and want no part in their unethical marketing schemes that prey on low income people and encourage them to change ownership offering a "cash" payout when comparatively others also offer a "cash" payout but more than likely at a higher rate of pay.
