      Enlight Homebuyers using shady practices to spam people's mailboxes with any remorse. They don't have any option to opt-out on their website that makes it very frustrating experience, especially when you never contacted them in the past and don't want to sell your property. Business that using these shady practices should be fined in my opinion!

      We are sorry to hear this. We have removed your information from our mailing list. If for some reason you still receive mail, let us know. Software systems sometimes have issues and mail still is inadvertently sent to those on our do not contact list.

      They are making unsolicited contact to buy my home, they have my personal information and is disturbing to me since I have not had contact, I'm also on the do not call list which I believe they have violated

      We are sorry that our mail has caused any alarm. You have not been contacted by phone from our company. You have been added to our do not mail list. There is a chance that mail already in process may still make it to you before the removal was requested.

      Unsolicited postcards offering to buy our home have repeatedly been mailed to our address. We have requested the business remove our address from their mailing lists at least 3 times in the past year. The mailings are nuisances to even throw away after attempts to be taken from mailing lists seem to be ignored. A prominent “BBB A+” stamp appears in the middle of the postcard heading. BBB should have the stamp removed. The best of all solutions would be to never see such entries again.

      We are very sorry to hear this. This is the first time that we have received your request to be removed from our mailing address system. I have removed you in our system. However, our system is not perfect and there is a slight chance you may receive postcards in the future. If you do, simply throw them away.

      I am rejecting this response because: I want the complaint to remain active until no more contact has occurred. The business has expressed sorrow their mailings are a problem, stated this is the first time they’ve been made aware of our request to be removed from their mailing list which contradicts we have requested removal by contacting their office at least 3 times in the past year, so true only insofar the complaint has been conveyed from BBB. It is unsatisfactory they provide an excuse their system may continue to mail their entreaties due to its imperfections. That being the case, we wish the complaint remain active for the next year from each date their solicitation is received until we no longer have been contacted by their company. We will notify BBB with reference to this case number of any subsequent mailing under their terms as well as when our desire for no future contact has been achieved after a full year has finally expired.
