I purchased thousands of dollars of chalk and transfers I’ve already thrown away 25 used one time chalks. In the photo here are 30 more New unopened chalks that are all hard cracked and worthless This is hundreds of dollars of chalks that are useless and now I have no use for the transfers this is beyond upsetting that I was duped into a subpar productBusiness response

Chalk Couture has reached out to ***** and we are working to get her products replaced accordingly. As of this moment, our customer service team is waiting to hear back from ***** on what she wants. As soon as we know, we can get it sent out and then consider this concern resolved.
