    Jason is honest, on time and very reasonable on square foot cost. I have used Jason 3 times in the past year and he has done excellent work each time.

    The owner Jason originally gave us a price of $6500 for a 32 x 30 concrete slab on August 17, 2023. We staked out the area Where we wanted the concrete slab to go when Jason came out on 911 2023. He told us it needed to be over 12 Feet or more because of the slope. (The entire area is sloped.). I wasnt pleased as the carport needed to be closer to the house not the street. (We have had several accident and is coming down this road) Jason managed to get my husband to agree where he marked it off what is the best location. He started building the forms and I told Jason I was not pleased. He shortly told us the dirt work would be around 500 and his price was now ****. They left for the day and we left to run errands when we returned the dirt had been delivered us unaware and was told the dirt was $900 as he had to charge for delivery since he does not service our area. I think Jason should be response. Jason and his crew started working on moving the dirt around and digging up ground. Same thing he could have done where I wanted the carport to go closer to the house not the street. Concrete work was done on the 19th. He then told us the cost was **** because of the apron he added which has a large hump going across it. I kept telling Jason at that time my car was set to low To the ground and it would bottom out but he pointed out. He has done this type of work for over 25 years. Guess what my car bottoms out, and I cannot use the carport we have tried to move the boat to its spot as well and the trailer hit the bottom. He left the entire area expose so when it rains it will wash out so we had to have three more loads of dirt and gravel brought in to build up the area not buy the same dirt man hopefully my husband will be able to park his truck. We will not use Concrete by Jason again no refer his company. All in all he did not make the concrete slab flow for the light of the
