"I have submitted a cancellation 3 months ago with SERVICE PAYMENT ********* and suppose to get my refund check since I paid for this cash. However, I have waited for 3 months with run arounds and still have not received by refund check on my cancelled warranty."

"I bought a new car I am a widow and on my own I was promised a warranty refund it is been going on know for almost 3 months and I still don't have my refund I never would have traded the car off that I had if the salesman didn't offer the refund they took advantage of the fact that I was a widow and a women I called the warranty department they said it was the dealership responsibility to refund the money promised to me I would have never and will never do business with them again"
