    First of all, if I could give this company less than one star, I would. This company does NOT stand by their warranty. We purchased a basketball hoop from them. The backboard shattered, we cleaned up mess and disposed of all the glass. When we called the company to place a claim, the owner, with whom we spoke, told us that the glass would need to be sent to them. When we explained that it was shattered into a million pieces he just kept repeating that they would need the backboard. The owner was extremely rude and very sarcastic as if mocking us. You will also notice that there is no place on their website to leave a review....I wonder why...
