      Woodforest, you have completely ruined my life. You cancelled a ************* transaction that was approved, but because it was my first time using it through your online banking app with my credentials and my password, you cancelled it, which caused me to lose my place to live. I've been trying to transfer funds for days so I can pay for my storage to avoid losing everything I own. You have ruined my life. I have my service dog with me. I was born with cerebral palsy. I'm disabled and can barely move around. I've called repeatedly for days, and nothing has been done in any manner or form other than apologizing for my inconvenience. That's all I get. You have ruined my life. Do you understand that? I really don't think you do. But you know what? I'm in such turmoil, I can't even comprehend what's going on. Woodforest has ruined my life. If you don't see that, well, of course, you can't because all you want to tell me is sorry for my inconvenience. I made a video; hopefully, I can upload it and show you the kind of situation I'm in. I want you to know that if my dog dies because I'm exhausted from not being able to pay for my storage, so I can't go into it, I've lost my place to live because you cancelled the ************* transaction. You had no authority or right to cancel because the funds were transferred. Then, all of a sudden, you find it under your discretion to cancel a transaction that I sent from my own bank account with my own money just because it was my first time using it. That is the silliest, most inconsiderate, most unprofessional excuse I've ever heard in my life. I want you to know one more time, Woodforest National Bank, you have ruined my life. Please, let me be able to attach a video to this.

      Stay away from this financial institution. My father recently died and had a checking and savings accounts with this bank. He lived in Houston TX and my brother, and I reside in NJ. My brother and I are both named beneficiaries on both accounts. We provided the original death certifcate to their legal department. They will not give us the account balances. Instead they are sending us an affidavit of address and once it it complete and sent back to them they will "cut us a check." So basically if he has 100k in the accounts they can just cut us a check for 10K and we would never know the difference. Stay away from this bank!

      I was notified a few weeks after opening my account that I needed to bring my ID because they forgot to get a copy when I opened my account. I came to the bank on my next day off which would have been Thursday of the same week she called me. Apparently the girl I gave my ID to put my information in. Now my account is closed and I was charged a $25 fee to close the account without any notification. Ive had to call out of work to back to the branch. ****** *. was able to rectify the situation as far as me getting my money however no one was able to refund a fee that was charged to me because their employee typed my information in wrong.

      All the staff is amazing never had a single problem! Someone hacked our account woodforest called us to check and see if they where are charges. Then took care of everything including getting our money returned with in 24 hours! They have gotten rid of all overdraft fees. Been banking there 10 years and will not go anywhere else.

      Almost 10 yrs in with this bank and I’m not sure what has happened but it’s went down hill badly I’ve got a charge I have no clue where it’s came from there’s been a few these last couple years well I’ve been able to dispute them but this very recent one it’s almost 400$ i disputed the charge they gave me my money back then out of nowhere the charge comes back a few weeks later and takes my money puts me in the negative ruining my account and credit I’ve asked time and time again to fix this I’ve even stopped my direct deposit on both my account and my joint account I refuse to pay this money that I have no idea about so I guess it’s going to just stay negative close the account or something bc idk what’s going on these last couple years but it’s been one thing after the next do better woodforest you lost a loyal customer ??????

      Commits financial discrimination, they do not want business from the working people, only those who are rich. Was denied an auto loan based on and I quote " not rich enough". I will be going elsewhere.

      Deposited a life insurance check and bank is holding half the funds for seven days. Its an insurance company check and should clear in total. This bank is using my money to make interest while on hold. Policy needs to be changed.
