I originally used S&D Plumbing (who were great), which was acquired by Beyond Wow and are now quite possibly the worst plumbers I have ever experience.They installed a Navian tankless water heater. Upon initial installation, the condensate line was connected incorrectly, and the drain pan wasn't sealed. As a result, it leaked all over the attic. During the post installation electrical cleanup, we realized the gas line was loose and they had to come redo the gas ****************, it took 4 months to coordinate the inspection, which failed because they used the incorrect size pipe on the drain line and didn't connect the exhaust ************ the end, they admitted the installation was performed by technicians who hadn't completed their Navian training ****** took 5 months, many emails and many phone calls to get a simple water heater installed and inspected.They don't follow-up, don't return calls and perform poor work with untrained technicians.I'll be filing a complaint with ***************** of Plumbing Examiners and the BBB.Beyond Wow Plumbing

Dear Mr. ******************* you for bringing your concerns to our attention through the Better Business Bureau. Weve reviewed the full history of your project, and we want to acknowledge clearly and directly that your experience fell far short of the standards we set for ourselves.
There were clear breakdowns in both the quality of the initial installation and, just as critically, in our follow-up communication. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with recurring issues, a failed inspection, and repeated delays without timely updates or consistent support. For that, we take full responsibility.
Youve been a valued customer and trusted us with a major investment in your home. Its incredibly disappointing to us that we didnt uphold that trust. Our general manager, ***** ****, reached out to you personally a couple of days ago to express our regret and to open the door for a resolution that reflects the seriousness of your concerns.
We also want you to know that this isnt something were brushing off. Internally, weve already begun implementing changes in technician training, inspection coordination, and customer communication to help ensure this never happens again to you or anyone else.
We are still eager to make this right, and we welcome the opportunity to speak with you further if youre willing.

They quickly figured out the problem, were extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail on the issue I was having. Very prompt and courteous service. Very clean and neat. Always have and use shoe covers without being asked. Always do a courtesy check of other plumbing in and outside the house. Prices are competitive with other companies.Beyond Wow Plumbing
