      "My fianc and I entered into a purchase agreement with Westin Homes on April 1, 2025, for a home in the REMOVEDcommunity, with a scheduled closing date of May 5. We submitted $20,000 in REMOVEDmoney/deposit and proceeded with optimism, despite several concerns raised during both the initial and final REMOVEDthose walkthroughs, we identified Foundation cracks that had been covered with a thin concrete overlay rather than properly repaired; a completely inoperable dishwasher, and unfinished sheetrock repairs with visible seams and rough workmanship, among other red flags." ...
