Ordered Alphalete Amplify Contour leggings for $70.00 on May 1st - Received May 9th. I purchased the free return and package protection for an additional $3.98 totaling $90.01 with tax and shipping. They came out of the package were tried on, didnt fit, and went back into the packaging (tags still on). I started the return process within the return window and later received an email from Alphalete stating; We received your return at our ******************** however, upon inspection the Amplify Contour Legging - Black arrived stained along the waistband. Due to this, we are unable to accept it and process any refunds/exchanges for the product. It will be reshipped back to you within the next 3-5 business days. I was shocked because there was no way they were stained. I made an effort via email to dispute the transaction and received an email back with pictures showing the stains. I immediately assumed that this was a scam and did some research online to find many people have ran into the same issues. Another purchaser with the same issue was provided photos from the returns team and I was shocked to see that the stains were in the exact same spot as the leggings I attempted to return. How is it possible that two completely random people have created stains in the exact same places on two different leggings?Initial Complaint

I made a purchase from Alphalete Athletics on 2/22/25 totaling $64.59 that encompassed 6 items. I received a confirmation email that my order was confirmed on 2/22/25 and separate emails on 2/26/25, 3/1/25, and 3/4/25 that they were working on my order. On 3/14/25, I received just one of the 6 items that I ordered. On the same date (3/14/25), I sent an inquiry into their customer service asking about the status of the remaining items in my order. I then received an email on 3/17/25 saying that they had granted me a partial refund for $46.47 with no further explanation. I sent another inquiry to customer service asking if my order was being cancelled, to which I was told that yes it was, due to an inventory issue, despite the fact that all of the items that were cancelled are still available for purchase on their website, albeit for a higher price than I paid at the time of my order. I asked for an explanation of my partial refund and was told that I was being charged for the one item plus shipping and taxes and fees. I understand needing to pay for the item that I received and the taxes /fees, but I disputed the shipping charge with the company as I never would have paid that high of a shipping charge for only one item, considering my original order was for 6 items. Additionally, I was not adequately communicated with regarding my order for several weeks before my order was abruptly cancelled with no explanation until I reached out on my own. With the items that I ordered still being available on their website, it seems that my order was cancelled so that this company could sell the items that I ordered to another customer at a higher price, as they were supposedly working on my order for over three weeks before cancelling my order only after I reached out to inquire about the status. They then refused to refund or credit me for any portion of the shipping charge, now charging me way more than I had agreed to for the one item.Initial Complaint

Products are defective. The material they make their leggings with will not only pill HEAVILY after two washes and any kind of friction, but they also will have holes in them just from trying them on. Every pair of leggings Ive bought from this company either arrived with a hole in them, tore a hole just upon putting them on for the first time, or is basically unwearable because theyre so badly worn out after using them 3-4 times. I have emailed the company multiple times on this issue, and it takes them weeks to give any kind of response. This is a completely awful company with no accountability. They will not give any refund for their defective products either. The only refund I received was from the leggings that showed up with holes in them, two to be exact. It boggles my mind that TWO products were already damaged when I received them.Initial Complaint

I purchased my order on February 22nd during a sale that Alphalete was hosting. The order was placed within 20 mins of the sale starting. The pricing is in US on the website, however once converted to Canadian dollars, I spent approximately $105.48.I received an email two days later (February 24th) that my items were packed and a shipping label was created through ***. At this time, *** did not receive the package, only a label was created with a tracking number.I waited patiently and there were no updates after a week, so I reached out to the customer support on February 27th and was told to wait the ***** business days for updates due to high volume. If there were no updates after 15 business days, I was told to contact the team again.Still no updates after waiting, I contacted customer service on March 13 and this time I was told that my package was lost at the *** warehouse facility. Ironically enough, the *** tracking had no updates and still showed that they didnt receive a package. At this point I was offered either:- A ***lacement order for the available items, with a refund issued for any out of stock products.- A full refund to your original payment method(s).- A gift card for the order amount instead of a refund.I opted to receive a full refund as none of the items I ordered were in stock. I responded to the *** stating that I would like a full refund and have yet to hear a response.I contact customer service again on March 14th requesting a full refund and have not heard back. I purchased a pair of sweat pants from this company, they sent me the wrong size ordered , I contacted them right away and told them this , they told me to send the pants back which I did by fed ex tracking ************ , which shows they received them back , since I have not heard back from the poor customer service I wrote them this morning and this is what I received back from them today.Hi *****! I ordered two jackets from Alphalete and I never received them. The company was contacted twice through their website, and I only received an automated response. I was charged on 12-2-24 for the Jackets. The estimated Delivery was Dec. 18, 2024. From there site, I hit track this package, and it came up "still on it's way" and it still says that. I ordered some items from Alphalete on December 2nd. It took longer than advertised for the items to ship (package didn’t ship until the 21st). My package then got lost by UPS. The last time my package was scanned was on the 22nd. I, as the recipient, cannot request resolution from UPS. I reached out to customer service for Alphalete on the 26th of December. I have finally heard back from the today, on the 5th of January, once again later than advertised by the company. There was no resolution provided by the company, and I was told I needed to wait again.
I have also paid for package recovery/protection when I made my purchase. I tried to initiate a replacement package from their portal, but I initiated this replacement on the 2nd of January, and there has been no resolution provided.
I just want my items that I purchased, because at this point it has been over a month and I still haven’t received my items, and the company will not communicate, or take any responsibility or resend my package.Initial Complaint

I purchased from the business online back on December 9, 2024 for approximately $120. The company accepted the order, charged me for the order but still shows through tracking as in process awaiting pickup from UPS. I’ve been a solid customer for this company for years and never had an issue until I placed an order on 12/12 for my daughter’s Christmas present. It shipped on 12/13 and today 12/27 still says that UPS hasn’t even received the package yet from the company. I’ve reached out to the only form of customer service which is by email, 5 times with no reply. They claim you will get a response within two business days and I have yet to get anything. Paid for expedited shipping and almost 100.00 for two items. Quick to take money and could care less about resolving a customers issue that paid for an item and hasn’t received it. I wish I would have seen all of these reviews before purchasing something. I asked for a full refund and honestly feel I should also get the items with no charge for ruining my daughter’s gift on Christmas Day. This company should not be running an online business and I’m shocked they still have loyal customers and influencers that support them…
