They sold my son a truck that had a bad alternator. It went out within 2weeks. They did a poor job on the intake of the vehicle before sealing it to my son. After many complaints to them they said well give you an oil change. Really, we spent almost almost $1000 for alternator replacement and had to also get new battery due to bad alternator. Now I remember why I stopped doing business with them many years ago. We will NEVER be do business with them again.

I purchased a new 2024 ************ and asked salesman and manager what size engine it had only stated 1.5 liter, and told by sales and management it had a 4cylider engine, months after purchase I find out it has a 3 cylinder engine. They will not work with me at all and assume no responsibility. Then try to trade it in at *** utter they want to give you nothing for trade because it has a 3 cylinder engine. When they thought it had a 4 cylinder trade in was higher before they understood it was a 3 cylinder and the trade in value dropped down to 20K.

My chief complaint today is that when the mechanic at *** Utter service **** changed the valve cover gasket on my car, which costed $196 & he failed to replace the oil that was lost during the process, & if I hadn't checked my oil as soon as I got home, I might have driven the oil out & blown my motor up. It's common sense to know you need to replace the lost oil. I had to put 2 quarts of oil in my car myself. When I called them to let them know the oil was low, they just said the mechanic only did what was on the ticket. Is filling the oil back up not a part of the service after you replace a gasket where oil has been leaking? I took my car into the shop because the drive belts were squeaking. I requested that they check the belts in case they needed to be adjusted. I asked them to also inspect the spark plugs and wires to see if they were the right ones for my 2006 Kia ******* EX. I had the belts and spark plugs & wires (coil boots) replaced 3 yrs. ago by another mechanic who used aftermarket parts & since the plugs were changed my car has had an accelerated motor ********** vibrates & raddles when I crank it up & drive. Shortly after I had the work done, I took it into the ** shop for their $109 diagnostic test & asked them at that time to physically inspect the spark plugs. They said they couldn't find anything wrong, but replacing the motor mounts might be the problem. I dont think they took the plugs out to inspect them then or this time either. This week during this inspection of the belts, they said the valve cover gasket was leaking oil, & the belts were stretched & it needed spark plugs & coil boots, & a BG air induction ******** ******* mounts. I chose to have only the valve cover gasket done for now. At this time, I dont think Ill let them work on my car anymore because this is not the first time they have done inadequate work on my car. I am very upset.

Contacted ****************** about a car purchased brand new in 2017 with a blown head gasket at 83k miles. **** advised me to take my car to a dealership for diagnosis to determine if they would provide financial assistance with any repairs. I was called a week and a half into them having my car telling me it would be $1100.00 to pull the head I was told in the event **** would provide any assistance this is part of the diagnosis process and **** would cover 60% of the cost if it qualified. A week later Bob Utter Ford called me and verified the head gasket to be the problem. I was told the repair cost would be $2854.00 and **** would not provide any help because my car is over 7 years old. You would think ****************** or Bob Utter Ford would have told me this from the start. I never would have brought my car to the dealership if there was zero chance of them providing financial assistance with the lemon **** sold me. *** Utter has had my car for 3 weeks, a week of it sitting in a bay with no work done since the diagnosis. Clearly I am an upset customer. While at the location a garage worker threatened me with taking even longer to get my car fixed now that I dare raise a concern about the length of time the repairs are taking. The fact that I was mislead into thinking **** would actually help with repair cost for my lemon is bad enough. Now I'm paying full price for dealership work that is intentionally being drug out because I dared complain. I will never buy another **** product and *** Utter should change their name to *** Utterly Ridiculous

Reached out to the dealership about an escape they had on sale for a great deal and was informed that it was out as a loner and would be returned that day and would be available for me the next day they would get it serviced and have it ready for me, Told them I was available that day but would wait for the next day as they requested and would be there about 1 or 2pm. Receive an email from them stating they sold it after it was serviced. This is the worst customer service as I was ready the day, I inquired about it but was told had to wait next day just to be sold out from under me. All I got was a sorry about the miscommunication instead of trying to make it right.

Advertising at one price and then changing the price when called. Added $15K to what was advertised on the internet. Even got a note with the window sticker and the price. Watch out!!
