    Texas All Cash was fantastic! **** ***** was attentive and got the job done! All communication from the office was timely and efficient. They absolutely made this process much easier than anticipated. So very happy that I contacted them and we were able to get the house sold to our satisfaction. Thanks to all of them for getting the sale done!

    Texas All Cash Home Buyer is a great company to work with. The agent I dealt with is *****. It definitely walked me through it answered all my questions. And went Far and Beyond in helping me understand the process of selling a home. They get back to you very quickly when you're asking a question or needing guidance. Definitely a great experience. Highly recommend this company.

    Please do your research before giving this company an opportunity to make you a cash offer on your home they prey on people that do not know their legal rights. Also lock you down on a contract with no end dates so that youre locked in this fraudulent contract FOREVER. When things dont go their way they end up filing a fraudulent lien on your property stating they are the Trustees to your home and forced to sell only to them and no one else. When you try reaching out to them to remove the fraudulent lien that they filed through bexar county court house they refuse and constantly harass and threaten to *** you if you dont sign the deed to them. I called the real estate agency that they work with and come to find out They never put in their ******* money on my property which should void out the contract. Right? Wrong, after many attempts trying to remove this fraudulent lien on my own I was unsuccessful so I had no other choice but to hire a real estate attorney. Even after my attorney reaching out to them they refused to and filed a ********** on my property. Im sure there are many victims like myself that they prey on and it needs to END!

    NO NO NO- DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY- especially the owners augmented-botoxed wife, *** and her stud-muffin side-kick ****-he is the marketing director and sooo proud of his career advancement-oooooh! How these people work - they make you an offer based on THEIR numbers and then you sign a contract with a **** day option period. All is good until they have access to all of your banking/housing info. At that point they are able to see your pay-off and decide that the offer is too high. So they send *** and her pet **** out to waste your time and tell you that the numbers don't make sense anymore - this was their offer after they crunched the numbers. I couldn't care less about any response they waste their time sending to this post because I find them to be VERY disingenuous. I truly believe that we were exposed to this company so that we could try to prevent this from happening to anyone else - everything happens for a reason. I will continue to post this review on every platform available.

    Texas All Cash Home Buyers is illegally operating out of a house at ****************************************************************** and have been BUSTED/CITED for not filing a Certificate of Occupancy, because it is illegal to operate a business in a residential neighborhood, which they know. Texas All Cash Home Buyers purchased a residential home in our neighborhood and ILLEGALLY set up their home office. After the fact they are now trying to get my neighborhood rezoned to commercial for them to be able to operate here. This tactic is absolutely illegal and they know exactly what they are doing and it is not a good business practice to "sneak" their home office into a residential neighborhood, then try to rezone. To try to make this process easier they are going around the neighborhood trying to "strike deals" with certain neighbors to be get these people to approve their rezoning which is not a great business practice either. For a company that deals with homes on a daily basis it is sad that they would try to pull this off. There are plenty of offices for sale or office space for lease in our community but buying a residential house where they operate illegally all day wasn't a smart thing to do and since they have been cited they still are operating out of there. Our ************************ is opposed to them being here and if they would have followed the law then none of this would be going on. This company knowingly broke the law and now is trying to get the city to approve them breaking the law and moving into a neighborhood that clearly does not want them. The opinion of the neighborhood has been made clear to both the owner and attorney for Texas All Cash Home Buyers and to the city as well. Despite being cited they continue to operate illegally and seem to have zero regard for the law even after being cited. This company is not operating ethically and continues to break the law on a daily basis with no regard for having been cited and no regard for the neighbors who live here.
