    I had a very good experience selling my house to Third Coast Home Buyers. I was cautious about selling my house for cash in who I requested estmates from and in getting impartial estimates of its value. I also enlisted a real estate agent to represent me throughout the process. I only requested estimates from companies that checked out on the BBB website, i.e., those that were BBB Accredited with good ratings, good customer reviews and few to no customer complaints. Third Coast Home Buyers met the criteria. Before I had buyers out, I had three real estate agents give me an estimated value for an as-is, cash sale to local buyers so I would know what was reasonable. In all, I got estimates from four cash buyers and one investor representative. All buyers came to the house and walked through it before giving me an estimate. Only Third Coast's offer was within the range of estimates I'd gotten from the agents. And only Third Coast's estimate was not conditioned on a more thorough inspection. Chris Hadley, the owner, was easy to communicate with and very accomodating to all of my requests throughout the process - from first contact to closing (and beyond). He always accomodated my scheduling needs and offered a very reasonable amount of time between the formal offer and the closing, so that I had ample time to pack up and move out. He was fine with my request to have my representative draw up the contract and to provide me with any documentation I requested to ensure a smooth transaction. He was also very conscientious about enlisting the title company from the start so that there would not be any delays on that end. Selling my house to Third Coast Home Buyers was an easy and fair process, with no major bumps and no surprises. I'm very happy I sold to Third Coast Home Buyers and I highly recommend them to others.

    Third Coast Home Buyers is the BEST in town!! Chris was the most honest and truly thoughtful person to help my siblings and I in purchasing my mother’s home after she passed. He made the process unbelievably, the easiest home I have ever sold. Highly recommend this company!!!
